Ordered some pillows off a site then was signed up to this company who take money from your account every 2 weeks, opened up a dispute with my bank account, customer services said a cancellation took place on 20th November but money still going out my account. I have been scammed. Was told to look at terms and conditions and when i questioned the cancellation straight away was told if i write a review i will get a refund.... lets see. Shocking!!! I have had no refund and the company will not process unless i delete this review: Response from company- [Once the review is deleted, I will immediately process a full refund and ensure your details are fully removed from our database.]
