I ordered bras. Their bras run small. When I reached out to customer service for either an even exchange or refund they told me they can't do either. So I'm stuck with bras that don't fit. Will never order from them again.

This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced!! I ordered two strapless bras from Glowflip, and the tracking website was an absolute nightmare. It took forever to update, and it did not show where your package was in a linear movement as other websites do, so essentially I never knew where my package was. My package was delivered quite abruptly, but since it had traveled all the way from Europe I was just grateful that I received it. Upon opening the package, I could visibly see that the bras were very small, and when I tried one on it was laughable how small the cups were. To say that these bras run small is the understatement of the century!! Needless to say, I instantly emailed Glowflip to start a return. I informed them that the products were unused with its original packaging. I also informed them that I was willing to pay the return fee. They unbelievably told me that they could only refund me $4.00 USD dollars and that I should give the products to someone else!! Really?!!! I couldn't believe my eyes when I read that statement!! They outright refused my refund request, and then they have the nerve to tell me to simply give it away?!! I have never experienced anything like this from another company, and I will tell everyone that I know not to order from this company. Their shipping is unreliable and spotty, and their refund policy is non-existent. Don't order anything from this company, they are crooks!!

I ordered two months and 2 weeks ago. I have never received my product. I texted them twice and they won't give me a refund. Don't ever order from them. The tracking information hasn't changed in a month and a half. They are scammers.

I ordered one item on May 23rd, 2024. I’ve emailed them twice asking for a refund this past week, July 19th. They just apologize for the shipping delay and ignore anything to do with a refund. Never will order anything from this company again.

I have been waiting to get my package that I ordered from this company over 3 weeks ago and all I get are numerous replies that seem to be coming from a robot or a very stupid human being with a script that never gives any real information except my package was shipped or it's on the way give them a chance,wait. It's one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. They never seem to know where my package is they just keep making excuses about it and telling me to be patient and it's on the way. The first time they told me oh it's in Sweden somewhere. Why is it in Sweden? Nobody knows, then two weeks later I still haven't gotten it, and July 15 now I get a notice oh it's suddenly cleared custom somewhere in the United States. But where in the United States it doesn't say it doesn't say or know when I'm going to receive it. This is the most ridiculous thing I've ever experienced from a company and I'm furious. I asked them for a refund I told him I wanted to cancel the order but they say can't do it. So I'm stuck here everyday getting these emails with the same crap in them and no real information. There's a tracking number but that doesn't give any real information either as to where my package is, nobody ever seems to know where it really is! I'm assuming this comes from China and it just one more reason why nobody should ever do business with companies from China because they suck. And then they make sure that you never have time to make a return in the time they give you to get a refund. The language used in their emails to me tell me they're not real Native English speakers and I think they have a lot of nerve to tell me to be patient after giving you this runaround for 3 weeks. They're unreliable I can't trust them at this point. Maybe one day I'll receive the package but who knows? I think the Better Business Bureau needs to know about them. Update July 16 2024 I just received my order and my suspicions were right about this company they lied to me. I'm sure this came from So. China at the Shenzhen General Warehouse Operation Center to the United States and then it was mailed from Chicago Illinois from Ron Wang at 1 So. Ashland Ave 60609! So he didn't know where my package was all this time and couldn't tell me? Or how it wound up in Sweden? And one of my items in there have been open before it wasn't brand new I could tell cuz it wasn't vacuum sealed. What is more, the package stinks. This company needs to be investigated and shut down. I'm filing a report with a Better Business Bureau and maybe the police if the BBB can't help me. Final update from me July 28. I wrote the company a couple more times to and where they are located and send me their phone number. They never responded to it. Not even track down that guy in Chicago to see if he really is the seller or the person who mailed it to me from there and I did it through Instagram. Turns out it's supposedly a big science professor but at that same address which was the return address on the package I received. But he would not answer my questions either. I think it's because he knows I was on to him.

Ordered May 2nd as of today July 5th..still have not rcvd. Last tracking update was on 6/26.

Ordered my product on May 27, 2024. Today is July 4, 2024 and I have no bras. The last tracking update was June 12, 2024. This company is a SCAM and I believe I may have fallen for them twice now. I think they use multiple names. Last year I bought Hoka Shoes, 3 pairs, never received. I don't think I'll be receiving this shipment either. BUYER BEWARE!!
