I was told that my order was delivered (it wasn’t). I checked my RING camera on the date & time of the so-call delivery & surprisingly there was zero activity at that time. I was at home as well & no one rang my doorbell. The post office tracking # is also bogus. My order was placed on 05/29/25 & their delivery was 06/12/25 @ 11:20 am. Totally false. I have sent numerous emails with unrealistic suggestions as the answer. # disgusted!! The BBB needs to investigate this company!!!

I checked my mailbox and indeed the package was there, once I opened the package I felt “STUPID”, I fell for your deceiving propaganda “BUY 2 GET 1 FREE”! ( I received only one cable! ) I ordered 2 and was expecting 3, and if that it took A WHOLE MONTH FOR ME TO RECEIVE THE PACKAGE! I will not be ordering from your company ever again, yes I understand it’s not a big deal to you, but you will NOT be getting any more money from me! And just as a further note, I will be giving your company a review of this transaction!

I ordered a $20 ratchet belt that took four weeks to deliver. When it came, it was the wrong size and completely useless to me. When I told them that, they offered $2 in compensation. When I refused, they offered me a $5 refund. I never got that and they never offered to send me the correct belt. They said sending it back would cost more than $20, because they are in China. Don't buy from them!

Been waiting about a month for this ratchet belt, last update I got was about 2 weeks ago which said it has reached the U.S.! Haven’t gotten an update since, so I went to one of the old emails and tracked it, and now it’s saying it was delivered on 4-23-25 over two weeks ago, says delivered in my mailbox at 11:41am dosent say what street or number house just that it was delivered in a mailbox in my town and state! It was never delivered, I own my own home and nobody checks my mail but me! Buyer beware, because my opinion, and pretty much everyone else’s I’ve read is that this is a big scam, because even when you do end up physically receiving something it’s either junk, or wrong!

It took over a month to get the belt I order but it was not the size I ordered. It was 10 inches too large. No invoice in package and the return policy is worthless. This in my opinion, is a scam company. Customer service sent a reply asking for all sorts of proof of purchase but no receipts had any of that info.
