I had such a great experience at the Glowbody PT retreat with Ashley and her family! I brought my husband and three daughters. We enjoyed outdoor activities mixed with Devotionals time (men and women took turns). We had worship time, great meals and such good fellowship. I enjoyed doing a challenging hike to see a waterfall, which was led by Ashley for the women group and it was led by her husband Luke for the men’s group. I learned practical steps to grow as a woman, in my relationship with God and in my role as teaching my kids about who God is. I love seeing my husband stepping into his role as a leader in our home when it comes to Devotions with our girls. It was a transformational weekend for us and we hope to attend it again in the future!

This retreat was a great experience for me and my family. My husband thanked me for taking him. We all enjoyed the amenities at the camp (food, hiking, bounce pillow, clay, campfire and smore, glow in the dark tag, playrooms, location, etc). My daughter made her first friend. Meeting each family was invaluable. The Keller family were there to greet, guide and engage with in a friendly and humble way. My family experienced friendship, and growth physically, spiritually and emotionally. It was a blessing to attend for us. The Keller family really have been a blessing to me and my family by strengthening us through nutrition, physical fitness, godly child rearing information and finally meeting them and like minded supportive families that were inspirational was pivotal in inspiring me going forward right when we needed it. My mothering skills and my marriage were supported, and given helpful growth. I highly recommend attending and hope to attend another one in the future. Thank you Keller family!

I’ve been using Ashley’s programming for almost 7 years now - through 2 pregnancies, postpartum recoveries, and beyond. Ashley’s programs allow me to be a better version of myself because I don’t have to stress over workouts. I use them both at home and while traveling. Her content is safe for my children to “workout” alongside, and her candid conversations offer comfort knowing she shares in similar struggles and situations. Her nutritional recommendations are applicable for our entire family, and her recipes are delicious! I’m so thankful to have found her programs and recommend GlowbodyPT to any woman no matter what phase or stage of life you’re in!

If you're looking for a trustworthy source for health, family, fitness, and biblical connection, this is it. We attended the family retreat this year at Sky Ranch, the Christian camp and retreat center in the Colorado mountains, and it was exceptional. The retreat was nourishing for our children and our marriage. We met other families who value fitness and God. Being pulled out of our day to day and connecting with God in the mountains moved us. The fellowship and the sermons, with messages that actually felt relevant, were unexpected in the best ways. We don't have a community like this at home. Between the waterfall hike, outdoor workouts, and all the kid fun like zip lining, bounce pillow, bowling, rock climbing, glow freeze tag, and Family Olympics, our family was brought closer together in a way we'll always remember. I highly recommend GlowbodyPT. I've done the free pregnancy program, the postpartum plan, and the husband and wife plan, and each is excellent. She doesn't overproduce or manipulate. She pushes you just enough and in the way you need. Seeing a normal person is refreshing. No hex lighting, affiliate links, or overdone exercises. Just tried and true faith and fitness in normal life. She does so much work to bring everyone together at our most vulnerable time, which is pregnancy, parenthood, and faith. She works so hard, and she does not have to provide all these non subscription products or retreats. She does them out of pure love, joy, and service to God. That is remarkable. She lives her values and godly principles. She is strong and vocal about her beliefs and I respect that, including her work with Save the Storks. If you want to grow stronger in your body and your faith, alongside people who genuinely care, you will love what she has built.

GlowbodyPT has helped me cinch up my DR after two pregnancies AND helped keep me fit during my most recent pregnancy. I’ve also used the 10 minute plan and love how I can squeeze in the shorter workouts with two young kids. After 4 years of doing Ashley’s programs, I got to meet her and do a workout with her in person at a GlowbodyPT retreat. I already highly recommended her programs before this, but even moreso after. I appreciate how GlowbodyPT strengthens not only my physical body, but helps me grow spiritually as well. Keep it up, Ashley!

I have been doing Ashley’s plans for 7 years now. The above “review” obviously has a personal problem. GlowBodyPT does have her certifications. She is the most genuine and honest personal trainer that truly cares about each and every one of the women she serves. Accidentally mixing up two very closely related words in ONE video out of 500+ should not be any cause for concern. She’s human. As far as her “form being wrong” that is absolutely false, and if someone were a true supporter, they would know she admits to being hyper mobile in her joints (and even had surgery on her ankles as a child because of it) and reassures us in many videos to not compare our flexibility to hers because of it. The above review is clearly just searching for any issue they can find. I will not stand aside and let someone trash the GlowBodyPT name or discredit any of her dedication and work because of a personal problem.

There are several things wrong with GlowbodyPT. She isn't certified in anything. The form she demonstrates is abysmal. She has excessive rib flare, weak hip flexors, stays in an anterior pelvic tilt and has weak adductors. In one of her postnatal videos she keeps stressing on how high your glute bridges should be. She then goes into a super high bridge but arches her back to get there. There are MANY examples of poor form on her instagram page (cossack squats, bear hovers, etc.). In another video she confuses anterior and posterior pelvic tilt. She talks about breathing in two videos and then doesn't mention it ever again. She needs to put the ego aside and go back to a personal trainer to actually learn what she is trying to teach.
