The product is nothing more than a chapstix. I paid stupid money and you can get it on eBay and amazon at a fraction of the price. Please save your money. If you want a nice perfumed chapstix continue and buy. If you are expecting it to do what it claims by smearing it on your face stay well clear.

Could not stress more! Do not waste your money on this phoney product and company. They advertise on youtube that it's a Kbeauty product, absolutely false! It's a chinese company and 100% made in china. They make the refund process so complicated that you can't even get a refund. They take forever to respond and send you computer generated responses that only irritate you. None of their products do what they claim. china is not known for cosmetic quality, who knows what is in these products. Save your money and do not purchase!!!!

I have been waiting for my order for a month. Now I get a notification that it was delivered but I haven't received anything. Tried calling and they're always closed!!! What a ripoff!!

Never received my paid for product. It says it was delivered 12 days ago and I've been home. No one delivered anything. Tried calling the number for customer service and it isnt registered.... I've sent them and email with screen shots of info from Canada Post and hopefully I can get what I paid for sooner then later, or atleast a full refund!!! I will be doing a second review/update on what all happens after today.

When trying to return an item that they have over priced for at least a quarter of the price you can get all products on eBay!!! Just putting it out there You pay max £5 for delivery fine but when you want to return an item they tell you to post it back to them which cost at least £30+ ????? Yet you paid £5??? Scam go on eBay and wipe these #*^%><€$** out of business although they’re probably running both at least on eBay a 10th of the price for EXACTLY the same product. You can’t phone them the number is not recognised and via email they tell you to send it back yet the return cost more than the product. They know that. It’s awful for anyone to cheat people out of anything sell a good product at a good price smashed it but no greedy people not only charge the earth make it impossible to send back who in their right minds would pay more to send something back than the product is worth and there’s the scam. On the bright side look on eBay x
