I’m just an individual who has had the need to contact Glocusent about a 12 month old book light asking but not expecting for help Well I’m absolutely knocked out by the response from this company not only for the quick reply but also for the fact that they didn’t question me only to ask for the order number date of purchase Wow what a great response from this company the next thing I knew they wanted my email address and my home address and hey presto sent me a new one it was just the last thing I expected This in my opinion is excellent company that believes in its warranty and delivers the best customer service I have never had such service before and I would have absolutely have no trouble in recommending this company to anyone

Great product and AMAZING customer support. I purchased their headboard lamp a year and a half ago. It’s a great product with a lot of great features. A couple weeks ago it started not turning on. I sent an email to their support email and received a reply in no time. They replaced the product at no cost to me and with out a single hassle. After the replacement was delivered, they even followed up with me to make sure I was happy and everything was ok with the replacement. No one does this anymore. Their customer support should be an example for all companies.
