This is the most crooked and hateful group of people I have ever used. They quoted me 900 cubic ft and took a large sum of money from me upfront. I asked the sales person several times did he need pictures and he said no. Then the dispatcher called 3 days prior to the move and asked for pics. He then told me I needed a full truck and my amount owed was now double. They knew that late in the game I wouldn't be able to find anyone and told me it could be a week if they had to refund me my money. I sent them more money and on the day they picked up my material they told me it was going to be even more money. These people are crooks and we're very rude. They also told me that they do not use 3rd party carriers and they absolutely do. The people that delivered my material was a completely different company. They also told me when they got there that they couldn't take a wire because it was the weekend after telling me that a wire was fine. Do not under any circumstances use this company. They are crooked, rude and unreliable. Nothing they tell you on the front end is the truth!!😓

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!
HTHIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! FROM THE EMPLOYEES RUDE NON PROFESSIONAL COMMUNICATION TO THE "RELIABLE TRUCKS" THEY CLAIM TO OWN.
"CALEB" SELLS YOU A DREAM, MAKING IT SOUND REAL SWEET, TO LOCK U IN, THEN YOU GET "BRIANNA" WHO'S FAVORITE PHRASE IS "IM GONNA PIGGYBACK OFF THIS UPDATE AND GET BACK WITH YOU" AND NEVER RETURNS YOUR CALL! THEN YOU GOT THE PUPPETMASTER HERSELF "MS. AMANDA" AKA ENGLIS MINGLE " WHO WAS OBLIVIOUS COMING OFF A BINGE AS WERE HER MOVERS. THEY APPEARED TO BE UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF SOMETHING. PLEASE DO NOT PATRON THIS FAKE N SHADY BUSINESS BECAUSE U WILL LOSE SLEEP AND HAVE BOUTS OF DEPRESSION. THE LEVEL OF DECEIT WITHIN THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE STUDIED! THIS WAS THE WORST 3 MONTHS OF MY LIFE! I AM STILL IN SHOCK! THIS WAS A REAL LIFE TUBI MOVIE AND IM GLAD ITS OVER.

A cross-country move that left my mother’s belongings missing
My mother’s household belongings were picked up in California in late May 2026 for transport to Indiana. We were given an estimated delivery timeframe of approximately 10–14 days, but the first partial delivery did not arrive until July 2.
Throughout the delay, we received conflicting information about where her belongings were located. Numerous items remained missing after the partial delivery, and we documented missing and damaged property. Most concerning, a company representative later sent photos showing some of my mother’s missing belongings in storage after the initial delivery.
We also experienced communication problems and services that were paid for but not fully completed. We made repeated efforts to resolve these issues directly.
Moving is stressful enough without having to spend months trying to locate a family member’s belongings. I strongly encourage anyone considering this company to research recent customer experiences, get all promises in writing, and retain copies of every inventory, receipt, message, and photograph.
This review reflects our family’s firsthand experience. Our concerns remain serious, and we want other consumers to be able to make an informed decision.

Deceptive and misleading
Global Trans Van Lines was hired on 5/23 to pick up and transport my platform hydraulic bed from Ft. Lauderdale, Florida to New York. I was told that the bed would be transported in a secure container and that the smallest size available was 300 cubic feet. Also, I was asked if the pickup and drop off locations could accommodate an eighteen-wheeler and I confirmed that an eighteen-wheeler could come on both streets. I expressed concerns about sub-contracting the job and was informed that they do not sell their jobs to other truckers. My bed was NOT transported in the 300 cubic ft container that I paid for it was jammed into a box truck with other customers’ belongings and received multiple damages. I was mis-lead and provided with false information because the representative told me my belongings would be transported in a secure container with more space than needed.
Damages include a part of the metal frame that is bent and fabric covering the base of the hydraulic platform have multiple tears and dirt scuff marks. When the platforms were picked up, they were in exceptional condition. The original plastic wrapping from the manufacturer were intact without any damages.
The beds were delivered on 6/17 and once the damages were discovered, I immediately contacted Global and informed a representative of the damages while the mover was still at my residence. It should also be noted that the driver arrived alone with no other worker to assist with the delivery. Follow-up calls to the representative Karl Luanda who handled the sale/contract did not go well. When I informed him of the damages and asked why my bed was transported in a box truck instead of an 18 wheeler and not properly wrapped and secured, he said, I am babbling and that he had other calls and hung up the phone. Also, prior to contacting Luanda I spoke to a representative in customer service and asked why my bed was transported by a company Level Up Moving that I had not contracted with. The representative said they only use movers that are part of the company. Level Up is a separate company and is not affiliated with Global. I specifically asked prior to entering into the contract if Global would be sub-contracting my job and Luanda assured me that Global does not sub-contract. I immediately contacted Global and informed a representative of the damages and the fact that the beds were not delivered in a secured container and an 18-wheeler as specified in the bill of lading. I was dismissed and no one would address the fact that I paid $2,650.02 for exclusive use of a dedicated 300 cubic feet container. My bed was transported with other customers belonging by a company identified as Level Up Moving that I had not contracted to move my goods.
Because my goods were consolidated with other customers belongings without my consent or disclosure, I am demanding a partial refund to reflect standard shared-load rates. Furthermore, as my beds were transported by a sub-contractor this is a breach of the contract because I paid for exclusive use of a dedicated 300 cubic foot container and delivery by Global not Level Up Moving.
I have attempted to contacted Global by email and filed a complaint requesting a partial refund for the shipping and also telephone the company at (800) 884-7126. The calls have been either disconnected, rerouted to an answering machine or someone picks up and the call drops. I have left messages but to date no one as returned my call.

I gave 1 star only because zero wasn’t…
I gave 1 star only because zero wasn’t an option. These people are crooks, in my opinion. Our binding estimate was $4900. Two days prior to our move, we were advised the move would be $14,000. Conveniently too late to get our $2000 deposit back. We’re seniors living on a fixed income and they basically stole $2000 from us without providing any service. The original rep we talked to said he would be with us every step along the way but could not/ would no respond to our calls. This company is deplorable!

They Lie, They Cheat, They Steal
If you're thinking of using this company, don't.
If you're still thinking about using them, read this first.
How they Lie: pretty much everything on their website is a lie. What their sales reps will tell you is a lie. What the customer service reps will tell you.. also a lie. This company was registered this decade. They don't have 25 years of experience. Maybe they have 25 years of experience combining the old DOT numbers they've burned and changed their name to avoid regulatory scrutiny or lawsuits. They aren't an interstate carrier, they broker the work out to whoever will take the job. At most, they're a network of people cooperating for their own interests, not yours.
The sales team will tell you that you can call them any time, then as soon as they pick up your goods, they become ghosts.
Their site says you can track your goods at any time. Once they get your goods, customer service will tell you it doesn't work like that and dispatch will update you as your items move around the states.
They'll tell you your goods aren't touched by anyone that isn't an employee. I have paper proof they brokered my work to someone else. Not only someone else, a person unauthorized to ship goods in an interstate move. They loaned him a truck, but I had to write a check to a different moving company, who has no federal authority, licensing, or insurance to move goods across state lines.
How they cheat: they'll tell you on pickup the estimate was low. They'll tell you the truck has markers in it that equals 200 cu ft. That's not true. I negotiated to get my goods out of storage and drive them myself (of course after paying full price). When I put them in a truck, I measured in the 700s, but was told I had 1k cu ft.
How they steal: I guess it's just a free for all if they take your goods. When I went to pick up my goods, everything but my ladder was there. When I told the (non-employee as he claimed) that it was missing, he motioned for me to go around the corner and there was my ladder, sitting on another dock. I assume the loaders thought I had a nice ladder and wanted to use it.
This is just my experience. Research this company or any moving company on every platform possible. Look at the stories of how unscrupulous moving companies run a sophisticated scheme to win your business under false pretense, then find ways to increase the price to extract more money using questionable practices.
Use a POD, use a UHAUL, just don’t use these sorry people.
