Kun se oli ollut "matkalla päätepisteeseen" taas toista viikkoa, laitoin asiakaspalveluun kyselyn tilanteesta. Vastaus tuli samantien, että se on kadonnut. Maksu palautui kyllä nopeasti. Firmalla taitaa olla kokemusta enemmän hyvityksistä kuin onnistuneista kuljetuksista.

I placed an order for an OtterBox case on September 1st through Global Shopex. Today is September 9th and I have received no updates, no shipping confirmation, and no delivery. Communication has been completely absent. At this point, I am very disappointed and frustrated. A company that takes payment but does not provide any status on the order raises serious concerns about reliability and trust. I will update this review if I ever receive a response or if my order is actually delivered. Until then, I strongly advise others to be cautious before ordering from Global Shopex

Absolutely shocking. GlobalShopex handle orders for the Ironman (sports) store in the USA for international orders. My order was placed 5th November, but I still have not received it. No updates, no communication and not caring. The only likely resolution will be to involve my bank and request a S75 refund as I paid by CC. I would never buy from a company who use GlobalShopex, or Aramex again.

Shipping agent for Dearfoams. My hardly worn slippers have deteriorated in a matter of days. I contacted Dearfoams via an internet link am today. As UK is listed as an "International" country their drop down list said to contact GlobalShopex. This I did only to be referred back to Dearfoams from the same link.. So experiencing vertigo from going round in circles! There is no way to contact Dearfoams by email as this link only sends you back to where you started. Well done Dearfoams! I am certainly not going to be in touch with you via the only positive means- a costly phone call to USA !

The fulfilment company for Kid Robot international orders, except they don’t actually fulfil anything. Had order confirmed by them in May, was told they would ship by end of year, they sent a shipping confirmation and tracking details that didn’t work then said it hadn’t been sent due to a delay. Then they stopped responding. They kept my money and never sent my products. Absolutely awful. UPDATE: after getting my bank involved, they delivered most of my May 2022 order in late March 2023. The quality of the Garfield plushies was poor. They aren’t the kind of quality you usually get from Kid Robot, and the tags also don’t mention Kid Robot which is unusual for their exclusive items. It’s been a horrible experience and I won’t be purchasing from them again.
