scam, leider keine echte Hilfe nur Betrug!

Asked for my money back several times and promised me a refund. Had to get my bank involved and they considered it a fraud.

Bitte keine Dienstleistungen bei dieser inkompetenten Firma in Anspruch nehmen . Nach 6 Monaten !! ist immer noch nichts gefunden worden . Total inkompetenter und betrügerischer Anbieter . Finger weg von Global Refound Group.

I have two refunds that were purchased on my Celebrity cruise in September 2023. I provided the stamped documents at the airport prior to leaving the country - Athens Greece. I have also sent original receipts via mails with copies of the stamped documents to the address they provided in Europe, which they said they have not received. Without these documents they say they cannot issue the refund. My advice is - ask for the discount when you purchase the item and avoid this Global Blue process altogether. You are not going to get your refund. I would also suggest Celebrity Cruises avoid telling their customers to use this service, not a good business model to make a sale.

They messed around and messed around .. promised to retrieve my funds from Blockchain. Com with a super duper password breaker. 3 mths nothing!! Excuses Excuses THEN turned it back on me to sue the bank!! Then after delays and more delays I ran out of time!! Initial contact was $2000 for 6mths!! Gone money!!! AGAIN!! STAY AWAY FROM THESE SLICK GREASY PEOPLE!!!

Global refund is a scam. I paid them good money to get them to get my money back from a scam. I pay them and I had to do all the work of emailing. They expected me to drop work and drive 1 hr into the city to do all the emails and letters. I had no service on my phone where I worked. So I got scammed again
