Unfortunately, I have been employed through G-P for my company in 2024. This is my 3rd EOR company and by far the worst I have ever had to deal with. There were so many problems with G-P I don't even know where to start with. They were late with payments, they didn't pay the full salary, they breached the contract multiple times already. I also had to educate them on the tax laws and the non-taxable benefits that we have available. Oh and they are also paying me from an UK bank account, which means my salary comes from outside the EU, which means I have to go to lengths to prove that I am legally employed in my country. Nice. The most recent show of their truly incompetent colors is the issue I am dealing with right now. I've requested a signature on my employment verification (I needed a specific form filled out) and 5 days later I have yet to received it. Twice they have bothered to answer me and send me documents that were WRONGLY signed and then be condescending towards me, because I dared to open a second ticket when nobody has been responding for a couple of days. So, if you want to spare yourself from many many headaches and utterly incompetent company that handles the most important part of employment, AVOID G-P.

If they offer you a job, it's scam.

Hands off GP - never met a less capable company! Unfortunately, GP is unable to fulfil its obligations. Apart from the fact that the generally applicable parts of the contract cannot be changed even though they cannot be honoured by the employee, the reimbursement of travel expenses, among other things, does not work at all. Support is non-existent, as each time a different incompetent employee takes up a case who does not know the history and is unfortunately not well trained.

They are the worst in the market. I am a freelancer, and I have been to several platforms. I know that all platforms charge a certain amount to transfer from their platform to the bank account, but at the cost of $17? That's highway robbery. Not to mention the delay of the transfer is too long.

The title says a lot about the experience. I was hired through globalization partners and over 2 weeks have past since the day I was supposed to receive my first payment and my signing bonus. The customer support is useless, said the problem was on my bank accounts - note here, I provided 3 options, which all have been used for direct deposit. They said they tried 2 of them and did not work. Then customer service stopped to reply me as I was asking every day for updates. Now my second payment did arrive, which means they lied about the problem on my bank account. Such a shame, I'm considering going through legal ways to find a solution.

Contractor service is awful. Awful customer service. FX charges are a rip off

Have been employed through GP for nearly 3 months and awful experience. Nothing works. No customer service I wish I didn’t work through them. I work for a great company but the HR through GP is awful I will have move on. Don’t work for or with GP please

They have 0 flexibility to anything. There were so many things that went south from the beginning and nobody has ever apologized and despites all the problems they haven't changed their ways. Here are some of the topics: - In the beginning they breached the contract that was signed with them by offering a worse and different pension scheme that was agreed. It was a lower amount and they have chosen a pension provider for me even though in the contract it said that the pension will be paid out in the salary (hence in Denmark, you can choose who you want the pension to be transferred to). After a lot of fight and many hours of work I got it changed. - It takes forever to get your expenses paid out, they have to be accepted almost 1 month before the salary pay date, it's just too early and they show 0 flexibility in this - They rolled out a new work hour registration policy that is way stricter than the local law. According to EU and the local Danish legislation you need to register the deviations from regular working hours (8h a day) but GP asks the "employees" to register also all pauses etc. which I'm not even sure is completely legal to ask (with so short notice) in Denmark. - It usually takes days to get any problems solved, they don't respond within 24h as you would expect from such a company I have even considered looking for another job due to the low performance from GP to me as an employee so if you care about your employees, choose another EOR.
