Get ALL the facts!
I am the new proud author of the, "ABC's of RCFE". I was FAR from the easiest of clients. However, my representative, Ignatius Victor, rose to the challenge. He was patient, informative and comforting. My one suggestion, is for everyone to get ALL the facts, in writing, in advance, as to EVERY step necessary for a completed publishing product, including TOTAL costs. My paranoia and fear of fraud, sent me over the edge, each time some "new" cost was mentioned. Fortunately, we weathered the storm and I not only am VERY grateful and appreciate of Ignatius, if he is not burnout with me, I'm ready to complete another project, which I am certain will result in 5 stars.
