Hi, the service is really and very professional, But I'm not satisfy with their Hid fees as should they charge me around 8$ but they did about 15.85$ with a very hilarious reason, let see the next month! as they told me will reduce the fee, if they did, I will write it here, if go to another direction, as well back here to write my comment for people. always business should be clear. I'm sorry you feel that way about hidden fees, but please note that the pricing and fees are indicated throughout our signup process and on the invoice. You signed up for a US phone number ($7.95/month) plus SMS forwarding ($5.95/month). In addition, we charge a 14.3% Regulatory Recovery Fee to help recover a portion of the costs incurred in funding and complying with worldwide government regulations, mandates, programs, and obligations. This fee is very common among global telecom providers, many of whom charge between 12-24% of the invoice total. The Regulatory Recovery Fee is clearly indicated in our Terms & Conditions, which new customers must agree to upon signup. Please feel free to contact us if you would like to go in another direction.
