Logan, the host was understanding, and patient with my "word-serch" issues; I still fall-back into. I really found out what I would like readers to walk away with after reading this book. Liza was very helpful in getting me situated as far as understanding my "operational space" and calming me down. I hate being late, (because of "specil-needs" issues, etc. Morgan Phillips was extremely helpful in getting me to realize "why" I wrote whwhat I did, and why it meant it did to me. Excellent experience!

The team did their best to provide a service that got the job done. I appreciate that. I would have liked better communication with me and amongst their team on the project. Better listening. I'd appreciate a bit more attention to detail. This being my first time publishing, I would have liked a smoother process around all of these things but I'm happy with the end product, nonetheless.

Logan actually read my book! That's actually pretty huge in our busy, multitasking society and not only did he take the time to read it, but he was actually intelligent enough to get it! another uncommon straight of most television personalities. only caveat was that he was good-looking enough to make me look bad!

Actually I would give the experience a 4.5 star rating! I was very pleased with Helen during this practice zoom meeting, she explained everything making things very simple to understand! I would have ranked it 5 stars except they were doing maintenance so I was unable to see her. Other than that things were very thorough. She answered all my questions and then some, definitely looking forward to the interview!!

I am not giving the servivce a full 5 stars. Whilst the delivery was polished and the intent clearly thoughtful, the constant checking and over-guidance is better suited to those newer to virtual interviewing, rather than seasoned professionals.
