This company is owned by Mark M Alexopoulos. He belongs to a crime family out of New York & Miami Florida. Their operation and scammers live and work in a small town on the Island of Mindinao called Cagayan de Oro. If you have been scammed by these criminals please contact the FBI at mschang at the fbi.gov. Mark has already served 3 years in Federal Prison and seems to liked it there so much he wants to go back again.

In my personal experience, GC Auctions operates in a scam‑like manner and hides behind its own terms and conditions instead of taking responsibility for the information provided in its listings. In my view, vehicles are advertised in a way that can conceal serious issues and artificially increase their perceived value. I have already initiated legal proceedings regarding what happened, and I encourage anyone with similar experiences to carefully document everything and consider their legal options as well. Only then might this company finally be held accountable.

every review is correct they are scammers they took 11000. from me in march and havent been able to contact them even tyhere web site is down but if you need to find more info on the owner jerry conditt you can go to linkin app if it helps any i have a lawyer looking for him and a PI . beware do not buy from any LLC company.

This is a scam company, I had read so many reviews here and I’m crying right now. I bought a car on September 11 2024 A 220 Mercedes Benz at 12,500 and a guy called me from the company named Jerry. We spoke very good on phone and I trusted him but I never received my car. Whenever I called him he will tell me they’re looking for a driver for over to months. So later on he told me the car not not on a good condition and if I want my refund he can process it and I said ok. Then I received a check of $7,550 and I called him then he said that was because I terminated the contract. So the next day the check bounced back and up till date I haven’t received my money. I have sent several messages and calls , No response. This is a money contributed by me and my siblings to buy the car for our mum for her birthday. This is so sad

I purchased a vehicle in August 2024 and never received the title. I've been reaching out to Jerry for 6 months now and he doesn't respond. The vehicle I purchased was not as described, but at this point I just want my title so I can move on.

STOP! Do not proceed with this company. DO NOT WIRE THEM A SINGLE CENT! You will lose your money. I may be looking into legal action against GAA (if any past victims of GAA sees this review please contact me at *******@yahoo.com) i will be trying to communicate with you aswell. This company was a reputable company at some point. I was recommended to them by a buddy that bought his car with them maybe a year ago. I deposited 1200 (600+600) into my account and made a bid on an atv. A short while later i get a call from jerry the "manager" (seems to be a one man show) asking my max bid and telling me to sign papers for the bike and WIRE him the money. This of course sounded extremely scammy but i called my buddy whom had previously purchased a vehicle and received it, he said it was ok. So i proceeded. Everything quiet and then i get a call from jerry, theres somthing wrong with my bike. It is not running and was listed as running. He also states theres damage to the bike. I ask him to send me pictures or a video (the video on crashedtoys.com shows no damage and is listed as running) he asks me if i want to look for another or get a refund. I text him (please see pics) to send the bike anyways (its an auction and thats what an auction is, you never know what youre going to get). He basically says no and i will be getting a tracking info for my refund check soon. Same afternoon i get a fedex notification that a package from global auto is coming. When i receive it, its a check for about 2800 of the 4100 i wired and has a paper that says i early terminated ( even though i accepted my bike). It is what it is ill take the hit, check is deposited. The very next day the check BOUNCED! Insufficient funds. Now jerry doesnt answer my calls or texts. 4100 wont make or break me but the principal of this whole ordeal will. Now i have to waste my time with authorities,auction houses, and hopefully short of a visit to GAA in person. DO NOT SEND JERRY A DIME OR YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY!

I paid $16500 for a car that was never delivered. After several lies from the so called manager, Jerry, the company said they would refund the money. This has been going on for a month now and Jerry keeps promising " the check will be mailed today, I will send you the FedEx tracking number, latest by 6pm" This has been a nightmare. Global auto auction is a scam.
