Was using for small transactions without issue, but the second I did a larger transaction and Transak said it failed. Now, they won’t refund my money. Sent over 3,000 USD in crypto in order to exchange for fiat to pay rent. My funds were not deposited. I contacted them and they said the “risk” parameters made the transaction fail (not sure what risk as I’m the on taking all the risk). They sent me a refund form to fill out and I did.. Another day later they are claiming they can’t refund to my bitcoin address because of “risk” and for me to resubmit a form with another bitcoin address. So now, still waiting on my refund and seeing if these guys are a scam or not. I will update my review if I receive a refund. Update: They refunded my money but still would not recommend using. Very shady company.
