2 years i trying to recover my money. But support disable my account. I will submit all details. Support says my selfi dot match. He don't understand long time is gone I have change this is normal and natural. But support can't active my account. I'am waiting and submit ticket but everytime he not response. Why account and fund trying to scam? Support can't help.

I've been locked out of my account for 3 months after a hacking attempt. I created a support ticket and have provided all requested information and ID to prove the account is mine. For a month now all my replies have been ignored and communication has stopped so my investment is sitting there and I'm unable to trade or withdraw my funds. 3 months is a ridiculous amount of time to have to wait to regain access to my own account. An absolutely awful way to deal with a long time customer.

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND RETAIN YOUR PERSONAL DATA FOR TEN YEARS WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT, INCLUDING FACE RECOGNITION. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS RUBBISH - IT IS ZENDESK; Sigfried Herzog; Maurice Satzer; Kilian Eberle ARE USELESS, PATHETIC INDIVIDUALS WHO CANNOT EVEN PROVIDE VERIFIABLE SOURCES OF THEIR CLAIMS.

Do not use this shambles of a company. No customer service , only automated replies. I've been waiting weeks to get my account verified, to no avail. Even although I have raised tickets re this nothing gets done. I have an account and I want access to my account, yet they do NOTHING. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE company

I was verified on the site but they also want three selfies with my ID and a paper with text. After two weeks nothing happened. Too slow, so I choose for one of their competitors.
