Some of the most corrupt messed up individuals here. They realized the business was failing and so then they started changing up the entire structure so they could try and make some money while scamming the daylights outta the reps. STAY AWAY!

Glencoco is a novel and different platform. It is a marketplace for fractional sales development representatives and companies. They built a sophisticated engine and some interesting campaigns. However, nothing worked correctly. The mini dialer was broken, campaigns ran out of leads and records were incorrectly flagged as Do Not Call. I brought this to their attention many times and did not see a resolution. My advice to management: Slow Down, test, test and test again.

Worked for them 2 months starting in OCT, started out great now they have decided not to pay me. I have been communicating with them through slack and they won't answer. A bunch of 20 year olds with a great concept but won't deliver. Just had a mass exodus of people in November that didn't get paid all top performers! DO NOT DO IT KEEP LOOKING FOR WORK ELSEWHERE!

Hey Gabby, This is Rit and I personally managed your support ticket and paid you for the disputed payment. I thought we had reached a point of understanding after being on the phone with you for 45 mins but this review is a complete wilfull misunderstanding of our interaction at best and a far-fetched lie at worst. I am going to walk down your review point for point and address some inaccuracies here: 1. "Started out great now they have decided not to pay me". We paid you for all meetings you were due payment on. It did start out great but then, when there was a meeting dispute scenario which happens sometimes in a market place, instead of filing a dispute ticket as requested, you sent multiple ALL CAPS emails to the customer and the glencoco team accusing them of moral bankruptcy. You were paid for every single meeting owed. If you feel like a payment is outstanding, please email [email protected] and we will get you sorted. 2. I have been communicating with them through slack and they won't answer. I not only spoke with you on slack, I spoke with you on email and a 45 minute phone call. Most of our communique was me requesting, time and again, that you not type in all caps and follow a simply laid out process. Over the course of our communications, you accused us of moral bankruptcy, said that you had a construction company that makes $500k so you dont need us AND, after I explained your unprofessional behavior to you, accepted that you over reacted. 3. "Just had a mass exodus of people in November that didn't get paid all top performers!" - This is an outright lie fueled by your misplaced frustration. Happy to share the numbers but we have not seen any exodus of the sort. You are frustrated because we blocked you off the platform for unprofessional behavior. No other caller on Glencoco went on an unhinged rant to our customers. If this false review is not taken down, I will share a screenshot of all of our communique on this thread to provide important context to readers. For anyone reading this, please rest assured that your experience on Glencoco will be vastly different if you refrain from bad mouthing our customers in unhinged, all caps emails.
