Communication with Glass Gloss
I found out about Glass Gloss from Tabitha Brown, I tried to use her discount and it didn't work. I never received an email confirming my purchase, I found out that my purchase went through by checking my account. Even though all this has happened, I am hoping that I like the product. My suggestion is you fix the website and your communication between your company and the customer and if the product is good, then your business should be successful!! 10/22/2020 It saddens me that you have issued me a credit instead of trying to fix the communication issue. Many of things could have gone wrong, I feel my email address could have been entered incorrectly in your system, as I still have not received any communication from Glass Gloss other than trustpilot.com. I was looking forward to trying your product, but obviously Glass Gloss doesn't want me to try their product. I wish Glass Gloss well and nothing but success!!!!!!

Based on our records you placed an order on 10/16/2020. Today is 10/20/20. Your order completed today. The system is automatically set up to send out email confirmations for order placement, order completion; which has happened. Once a product ships, all customers receive a detailed email with tracking information. Please check your spam email folder. Your order payment was made through Stripe, Order #4214 details Payment via Credit Card, Paid on October 16, 2020 @ 9:59 am. Customer IP: XX.XX.XXX.XX which means you paid with a credit card or debit card. Apparently the communication problems are on your end.
