When I ordered the glasses it was a pain trying to get the right size frame..I did all the measurements and one pair looks like they should be for a child..other pair is fine..also even though I put in all the numbers the eye doctor had down I still can't see out of the glasses..not sure why..

Glasses arrived.on time.and fit was perfect.

Very pretty glasses and great price! But compared sunglasses I ordered before they seemed like not quite right for my prescriptions!

Customer service was good at getting back to me. Glasses showed up at a decent time. I ordered two pairs of glasses. One was spot on. The other one was slightly different from the picture but still close to the same. I’ll order again from GlassesShop.

The tracking system could be operated better before the glasses are passed off to different delivery companies or the postal service. For the longest time, the glasses I ordered just said that they were processing or shipping with no further information on where they were.

The glasses are great, and the price is hard to beat. I've been a customer for a while and didn't realize that I was enrolled in the Loyalty, so I missed out on some benefits with this order. I wish there were something at checkout that said something like "Hey, before you check out, make sure your not missing out on your benefits."
