I liked the frame and glass that I chose, however I believe the prescription is off. When I put the glasses on, I get nauseous.

I would not have ordered from here if I knew it was coming from China and not the US. On the website it has an American address.

I am furious with this company. I ordered glasses for my son from them 2 days ago. It was found in less than 12 hours that the prescription I had received from the eye doctor had an error on it. I called and spoke to a representative who said it would not be a problem that they had not started the order yet and that she would put a hold on the order and all I would need to do is email the corrected prescription to service@ glassesshop.com. After email them I received the following reply: 08/03/22 Re: Order # 8346330151 Dear Eric , Thank you for contacting us. We'd like to tell you that your order has been processed after your order placement, if you want to change the prescription, we will need to charge half cost of the original lenses for handling fee and the price is $18.93. Please confirm your decision with us. Thank you for ordering from GlassesShop. Regards, GSNX Customer Service Agent Glassesshop.com I replied back stating this was not acceptable as I was not told there would be any further charge when I spoke to the agent and she assured me they had not started to create the glasses or lenses yet and she was taking care of making sure they did not. I received a second reply: Dear Eric, Thank you for getting back. We hope you understand that this is not our error. We just processed your glasses with the prescription you originally provided. Please know that the lenses will have to be discarded if we have to remake correct lenses for you. That is why a handling fee will be charged for changing your prescription. ​ As our valued customer, we will make an exception for you this time only and re-process a new pair of glasses with your correct prescription as below at no additional cost. You could expect to receive your order soon. Much appreciate your understanding on this matter. ​ Any further questions, please feel free to contact us. Regards, GSRD Glassesshop.com Finally I log in to my account notice there is a note on the order stating that I owe a partial payment still even thought my card was charged the full amount and they put in writing that they would not charge any additional fees. I am about to call my bank and dispute any and all charges and go elsewhere at this point.

I really like the look of the glasses and they did a great job on the prescription. The only minor issue being they slide down my nose a little. Overall great glasses for the price!

The frames fit great, however the left lens sticks out of the frame. The edge of the lens does, so I’m afraid over time either it’ll break or come out

Ordered a polarized non-prescription pair of sunglasses on April 27, 2022, As of 05/13/2022 they still have not arrived, however, they do show in transit. I feel this order process is very slow. But, in all fairness "Maybe" it is due to the shortage of supplies due to the pandemic. I did receive a call from customer service apologizing for the delay and they offered me a discount for ordering with them. Possible I will update the review when I actually received my glasses.

The glasses that I tried on virtually were a perfect fit. I ordered a small frame but when it came, it was way too large for my face. I even did the custom size option but it was of no help. The frames were well made and would have looked great if they weren’t too big. I also don’t understand why I had to pay about $20 for clear lenses in order to purchase the frames. I am getting my lenses made locally because I have a complicated prescription. Nobody locally will sell me just frames so I can have the lenses made by my optician.

Glasses were shipped fast and the order was correct. But… the first time I ordered A pair, I was So happy because it was good, well made quality… unlike payne glasses where I usually Order from. I loved My first pair. This order, the glasses were cheap quality, uncomfortable to wear and I feel Like they are going to break. I’m unhappy with the glasses, next time I will Be more picky about the style and how it’s made before making a decision with what glasses I pick.
