Glasses were really cute I love the way they look! But they do not fit right an prescription is not correct I can't wear them! Bad experience will not order from again! They will not refund!

I ordered a pair of light purple frames.. and frames were so dark you couldn’t even tell they were purple.. they had me send 2 different pictures and still they did nothing. So I ordered another pair in red. I feel i am owed a refund on the first pair. Bad customer service.

The style was what I wanted but they didn’t fit properly because the bridge was not centered so obviously they weren’t even on my face. I tried contacting them by email, online and by phone to find out what I needed to do to return them and I have been able to reach and have received no answer in any form! Extremely unhappy with customer service, so much so that I’ve filed a complaint with the BBB.

I ordered glasses the first pair the prescription got messed up cool you guys were a great to get a sec pair but now I have two pairs I can't see out

I ordered glasses online and when they came they weren't made right and were causing my eyes to feel like they were crossing. I called customer service and they told me I would get an email on how to exchange or return the glasses. The email came but to ask me to take my glasses to a local optician and have them check them and provide measurements that they didn't initially ask for to try and correct this. That is ridiculous. If I needed the measurements ask for them upfront and I will know to get them. Now I have to go back to my optician to ask them to troubleshoot an issue with glasses I didn't buy from them or lose over $150. I'm disgusted with this company and their customer service.

The classes arrived in an expedient manner. I love the frames and they are true to their pictures. There is a major problem however with my ability to see with them. They're constantly smeared and I must clean them several times in an hour. It is so bad that even other people notice how smeared they are when I am wearing them. How can I return or fix this problem. Can I have a smear resistant coating placed on the lenses ?

The frames and the fit are perfect. The prescription is terrible. The far vision isn't too bad, but the transition is terrible and the reading portion is too magnified. I should not have tried the progressive lenses on-line. If they can be re-done as just far vision that would be great but whatever.

The glasses themselves are of a nice quality, but we can't seem to get the vision part right. I didn't realize their refund policy was only half of the price back Guess you have to read the fine print first. I sent back the first pair and the second pair is not right either. This has been a lot of my time and money wasted.
