Order glasses from glassesshop and after a little over a month then glasses broke. After trying to get ahold of someone 3 times on the phone 2 times on the live chat that doesn't work. I finally after 20min each time got some lady on the phone that could barely speak English. She want to give me 50% off the frames and I had to pay for them and shipping and I would have to install the lens back into the new frames. I told her that thats not going to happen since they are barely used and almost new and they broken 2 different spots at the sametime. I asked to speak to a manager she told me they do not talk on the phone they should email me in 24hr. The warranty is shit and they are selling cheap products. Do not waste your money on this site. There are better companies out there.

Be aware. Misleading advertising! Free shipping is not free. These are coming from China and you will be charged a duty fee and tariff amount by US Customs via the shipping co (i.e. UPS). There is no mention of this when you order!

Placed an order and it still hasn't shipped after two weeks. When I check the order status it just says "shipping" with no other information available. Saw all of these recent reviews and I am in the process of trying to cancel the order. Tried the live chat option and it has a note saying response time is usually a couple of hours. Tried calling the number from the website, sat on hold for 15 minutes before getting an automated response asking me to leave a message. Wrote an email while on hold and haven't heard back yet.

I ordered two pairs of glasses and when I got the. I couldn't see with them. I finally got a hold of someone they wouldn't give me a refund only credit towards a new pair. So ordered one more pair with the credit ( mond you they only gave me credit for one pair) the same thing happened I couldn't see. So I took them to My optometrist she should me how off they were to my prescription that I sent in with the glasses don't buy here I called again today only to be on hold for 45 minutes then get sent to a voicemail out 300 bucks (update)4/3/2005 after riding this review the company emailed me saying if I would remove my review that they would credit my account for the two pairs of glasses I received with the wrong prescription I said that I would comply if they would credit my account as promised they only credited me one pair of glasses and send me an email saying that was not their responsibility for the second pair and they could not accommodate me what a waste of money .

Going to keep giving reviews until you find my order number and fix this issue. We’ve tried to email and call and you guys keep telling us you have no info to find us. We have the glasses and we have the bank report of you taking money. The glasses broke after less than a month, and the prescription is wrong. I’ll call again on Monday. Expect me.

Horrible customer service. Rude email responses. I bought several pairs of glasses thinking I could return the ones that didn’t fit properly. I was told I could return only for store credit. Or keep for 50% credit will not be purchasing from this company again. Glasses were clear lenses. So their response that the orders are custom-made is disingenuous. They were clear lenses. They were not prescription. There is no reason I couldn’t return the ones that didn’t work out for me.

Seller didn't want to give me a refund or a credit for my glasses went they didn't fit me,they were hurting my ears so bad.

Nobody EVER answers the customer service line or responds to the online chat option. The last communication I received was a week ago. Worst customer service I've experienced in years!
