Literally the BEST online prescription eyeglass purchase experience ever. Ive shopped at GlassesUSA, EyeBuyDirect and another supposedly decent place I can't remember now so I have lots of comparative experience to reference. First great thing was the real human customer service rep named Mandy who was incredibly helpful when I called 20min after placing an order because I'd mistakenly put input the wrong Rx. She found my order and agreed to put it on hold for me for ~ week until I would be able to get corrected one. About 5 days after this interaction I received a call from another sweet rep who was just checking in to confirm that I still wanted to keep the order holding; when I finally got the prescription I'd just missed the EST phone hours the 24/7 chat function didn't work for me but was able to email the corrected Rx after hours on Saturday and got an email confirmation from customer Support within 12hours confirming the receipt of the new Rx and an APOLOGY for the problem I'd had with the chat feature!! I called again on Monday to just re-confirm the order should proceed and ended up talking to the same woman Mandy who remembered me and my order and let me know everything was in order and good to go! They then proceeded to complete my order for 3 pairs of glasses with a fairly complex prescription and shipped them OVERNIGHT from CHINA via UPS Worldwide. The glasses are perfect. My daughter loves them. I'm still kinda stunned. Best eyeglass purchase ever. Fyi, I'm still waiting for another pair of glasses I ordered the same day from a local Lenscrafters who (BTW) neglected to include the PD in the prescription they charged my daughter $100 for-- said she would have had to ask for it before the exam and they wouldn't have any record of it (although they would have to have it to make the glasses we ordered). They did tell her she could pay for another exam to get the PD. We ended up just figuring it out ourselves using the printable scaled ruler provided by GlassesShop. I know this is long but I'm just REALLY happy with the service and the products I received from Glassesshop.

I've ordered glasses on multiple occasions from GlassesShop, including progressive lenses. It is easy to use their website to find suitable frames and the quality of the lenses has been great.
