It was a little difficult getting my glasses ordered even though I uploaded my RX online. It took a little longer than expected to actually receive them. Once I did receive them, they are great! I love the style and fit of my glasses. Will be ordering again.

Cost was Ok and delivery timely BUT one pair of glasses had a huge frame. Much too large for my face.

Very easy process with respectable turn around times. Have placed several orders over the years and haven't been disappointed as of yet. I do wish they carried a bigger selection of larger frame and temple length glasses, especially of the BOGO variety. Only other minor gripe would be that they should include expedited shipping with orders over $100. This instead of the current price point they have set for that would be appreciated.

glasses are affordable, need more styles though

The website made it easy to be able to plug in my prescription to ensure accuracy when ordering my glasses! So many styles and choices to choose from and was able to use the buy one get one free promotion! I also received my glasses in the mail in a timely manner with no complications!

I ordered two pair of glasses, one of which had prism in the prescription. I was delighted to get a message within a couple of days double checking that the difference was correct. On the other hand I did not get any emails notification that the glasses had been shipped, and the tracking on your site was not helpful. I left a phone message and an online message asking about the status of my order and never got a reply from either. I am happy to say that the glasses which I got after about three weeks are very nice.
