Very good customer service. They replaced my sunglasses that didn’t fit properly. However, bridge widths on website are extremely inaccurate. The bridge is much narrower than described. 18mm was actually 8mm. 19mm is actually 16mm.

Glasses and price were great. Only complaint is that it took way too long to get my glasses and they didn't come packaged in any kind of protection other than the glasses case.

While the process are great, the timeline is poor and the customer service is bottom of the barrel. Order placed without issue and held for 2 days because they ‘wanted to adjust my script’ because they didn’t like my ocular asymmetry. Told to not alter anything and to cease unnecessary delays. Of note - the number to call didn’t ring (error message) and the chat takes hours to get a response). Order started to reprocess and was put on hold again while they asked if I wanted to cancel. Advised that I would not order from them again, but the order needs to go through and quickly. Advised that their processing center is out of the country and takes 2 weeks to transport, so they cancelled the order. Advised that I did not tell them to cancel order at all. Clearly their chat is either a bot or non-US based person with a poor grasp of language. I will pay more for frames to have good customer service - 3 weeks from order to delivery isn’t acceptable. My local shop can do it in 5 days. Of course I don’t have a response yet and it will likely be ‘sorry, you need to replace your order because we cancelled it” and if so, I’ll be done with the company. Update: order is finally in processing. Received a call from the main office in Michigan to confirm. Will update to 3 stars for correction, but work on customer service is still needed.

My prescription was from an ophthalmologist, so I assume it was correct. Regarding the glasses I received, the left eye lens is perfect. The right lens makes everything blurry. Don't know why. I double-checked what I ordered, and prescription is accurate. Prompt, fast, good price. Just wish I could see better out of BOTH eyes.

It took 3 weeks to get my glasses

I think that the prices are extremely reasonable and the frames are very nice. The return policy is also very generous. However, I found out the hard way that it is not a good idea to order progressive lenses online. The reason for this is that even though you provide the pupillary distance measurement, there is another measurement that needs to be measured in person. The measurement is where the eye actually falls in the particular frame. If it is not measured, the lenses may not be at the correct level, as I found out. One lens was clear and the other lens was blurry.

Pricing of glasses is great but quality is iffy depending on pair. I had to order a second set because first pair broke within a month of wear and can’t be fixed. Couldn’t find replacement policy online.

Glasses are stupid huge, they look too big on my face but overall they’re really nice.
