ZERO !! If your thinking to order from here dont do it ! Go to Smartbuy Glasses website or somehwere elese. My experience with Glasses Shop I ordered extra thin lenses. Extra $$. The buy one get one free deal. Which indicated the deal would end in 4 hours on top of web page but a week later its still going on. Probably is now to luer you in. I get my glasses. No these are not thin lenses. The Rx is off. I canr see clear. I informed customer service, these glasses dont work for me i would like to return as indicated via live chat prior to purchasing!. They said Ok you send back you get 50% of your $$ back. Ummmm....what ?? No you give me 100% of my $$ back its a defect ! Back and forth with the emails. They told me to go to my eye Dr to prove the lenses are not clear !! I am dissabled and cant get around easily I told them this and they continue to send the offer of 50% of my $$. This company and their products are cheaply made garbage and in humane ! Dont buy from here trust me. Go to SmartBuyGlasses i have always had great experience no issues. But thought id try something different. Wow. Unfortunately these guys are sitting ducks !

Never never order from glasses from glass shop they are nothing but a dime store charging an outrageous price and then when you get ready to do a refund, they’re like oh by the way we just give you a 50% refund and you pay the postage both ways do not do not ever order from this place. It’s nothing big fake.

No one could tell me when they would arrive. Then when they did arrive they were the wrong prescription. Made me dizzy to wear them most people would have to wait a long time to get a letter from the eye dr that it was wrong prescription. Luckily I work with my eye dr.

Their lens manufacturing process is subpar compared to any other cheap glasses shop. The lenses are thicker than they need to be, have slight shade of blue, and look cloudy when placed side by side with the exact same frame model that was previously sold at another shop. Despite this, they claim their process is perfect and consider no feedback. I am choosing to wear my heavily scratched up glasses instead of the ones I ordered from them because my vision is clearer in them. Don't know how they can get away with this.

They are thief. If you order a product and want to return it, they will keep 50% of your money

Order does not arrive in the said business days. They FALSE ADVERTISE that. It takes over 2 months!! (I suspect these are made outside the US-China?-, shipped to a facility in the US, then shipped to you from there. If you have a problem with your glasses (Blurry Lenses), they make you pay for the shipping. Zenni's gives you a free return shipping label and free re-ship the correct glasses. I only know this because my husband and I ordered glasses from them, and they did that--unlike glassesshop. They were HORRIBLE at helping me when there was a problem. Absolutely no customer loyalty. Will never order from them again. (Ordered 2 x too much)

This is not a reputable company. Stay away.

Shipping was a little longer than was told. My sunglasses are defective and can't get a response from emails. Called wait for 15 minutes and got voice mail.
