I used to order glasses from here for a few years. Always love their products, but I am not too satisfied with my current purchase. The glasses are in small size but it is very loose and couldn't fit my face well, it is really uncomfortable.

I’m not real happy with them. I wanted to wear them awhile before I commented about them. I fell like they are going to break every time I clean the glasses. The glasses feel flimsy. Sorry but not real happy. 😞

Glasses were late shipping out of manufacture/production. The prescription adjustment suggested by support doesn't seem quite right, at least initially.

Only 2 stars bc they did not begin processing my order for over 2 weeks bc they questioned the accuracy of my prescription. They claimed that they emailed me, but I didn't receive it and it didn't go to spam. My prescription was entered correctly so over 2 weeks wasted for nothing. Perhaps they should telephone instead......

Ordered my glasses on Oct 23 and as of Nov 22 not arrived. Had no idea they were coming from China but have been in Canada for a couple of weeks now. Last update was Nov 15 where the frames were in Richmond but as yet not received. Very disappointed with the delivery service. Time will tell if the frames are worth the wait or not. Had I known when I ordered them it would be this long I would not have bothered.

I will not buy from glasses shop again. I reached out with a quality issue and was told I would get a response in 24-48 hrs. That was a week ago and nothing. The sunglasses are fine, the regular pair of glasses are very crooked. I will go back to glasses USA. They have issues with quality sometimes too, but I’ve always been able to return hassle free!

Very disappointed in the shipping of the glasses. They were packaged only in a plastic envelope and arrived crushed. The glasses seem to be fine, but the cases they came in were in shards. The frames are very flimsy and won't last long.

Displeased
The products themselves are fine. I did not appreciate finding out I'd been duped into believing it's an American company by receiving a package from CHINA containing my glasses. >:(
