I do love these glasses and how kid friendly they are. I only wish they had replacement parts. Nose pieces, arms, etc. and when I asked customer service their solution was just for me to buy another pair. Which sucks when I only needed new nose pieces. I couldn’t find ones that fit on Amazon or anywhere. So it just sucks.

Slow delivery.

Good experience. I love the glasses and the customer support went above and beyond by calling me to confirm my order. The only thing I am not happy with is the glasses barely darken at all in the brightest of sunlight so I can’t really use them outside in the sun.

Great quality glasses. Fast shipping. Website occasionally a bit glitchy when using the virtual try on feature.

The service was quick and accurate and surprisingly so since they got the prescription correct the first time without having to send back for any adjustments.

I ordered two pairs of glasses for my daughter. She loves her glasses. They fit very well on her face. Thank. I have not received my glasses I ordered for myself but they should be here Monday.

Edited Update August 22, 2025 received replacement frame to place my lenses in free of chare. Thanks GlassesShop. Hope that it was just a one time problem. Quality of the frames is low. I ordered a pair end of April 2025, due to Postal issues it took a long time to receive, not companies fault. Took them out today to wear and the left arm fell off. I did send in a complaint with photo, not sure if they will do anything. Normally buy from Zenni, but they were unwilling to do bifocals for me so thought I would try. Now I have no bifocals.

Prices were attractive. Turn around time was good. only reason for 4 stars is because I ordered Rx sunglasses and one of them, the thickness of the lenses means you can see the edge of the lens sneaking out from under the frame. Maybe I should have ordered the "thinnest" lenses but in my opinion there should have been a recommendation or something- that the lenses do not fit correctly unless a certain thinness is selected.
