Once they accepted my prescription, my order was received in a reasonable time. The glasses, however, are not the quality I hoped for. If I'm not careful when cleaning them, the lenses pop out.

Glasses are good quality and price was great. But I ordered 2 pairs with similar frames and different prescriptions. They did not mark which glasses were which so it took me a little while to figure it out. I recommend they label the glasses case with the script information.

Paying for glasses that don't work properly, then getting a run around about exchanging them for a pair that works. They fixed it in the end, but honestly how many hours do you want to be on the phone or chat?

Prices and shipping time is very good. However, customer service needs a lot of improvement! Recently, I was trying to make a purchase using a 2 for 1 offer. The final invoice was incorrect. I tried to get help to correct this invoice but was unsuccessful. I had to re-enter this order for each eyeglass to make the purchases. It took over a week to complete this purchase. More recently, I had to re-order (Order #2951540161) a pair of glasses because of an incorrect prescription. Unfortunately, I received sunglasses that I never ordered. I complained to customer service but they refused to correct this order. Again, poor customer service. The original order was not sunglasses. Thus, the re-order should not be sunglasses very disappointed!

If you do not want Sunglasses, you see to choose the wrong lenses for your glasses. We simply make the glasses as you originally placed. The glasses looked super cute the description was probably better than what the glasses are. The experience was fine the price was great the only problem is the glasses when I received them there is no way to tighten them and they were considered a medium and they fit excessively large and they fall off my face so I cannot because the way they're made make the earpieces tighter so it's a super disappointment to receive what I thought was going to be really cool glasses. That's why the rating of three stars and not five.

I was not pleased with the fact that I had to take them to my eye place to have them adjusted because one side for perfect why the other side was extremely loose. The glasses it self I love.

Size of frame doesn't fit the description. Update 8-17-23 Glasseshop has issued a refund and requested I measure the frames myself since the manufacturer labeled them incorrectly and Glasseshop remeasured them upon receipt from manufacturer. Customer service ended up being good, but you get what you pay for.

I ordered RX Sunglasses. The offer was I could get 2 pairs of glasses. I wanted to get a regular RX also. I had such difficulty I just got the sunglasses so I lost out on the deal. The RX is fine on the sunglasses but wish I could of received the BOGO offer.
