Shipping and pre ship takes way too long. Eye but direct takes a week for me to get my glasses.

Great prices and very cute frames but I had a problem with a set of feames/lenses. They gave me a credit so I got another pair and those ones were messed up too. So now I have 3 pairs of useless glasses. Otherwise customer service was great just wish I had usable glasses.

I ordered 4 pairs of glasses, and my daughter’s glasses are great. However, my husband’s glasses look great, but the prescription is off. He can’t see through them.

Glasses were shipped to me from China. I would not have ordered if I knew, and the web site does not give any indication orders are fulfilled outside of U.S. The glasses, specifically frames, are not what was observable via the web site. I will go back to previous sites though slower than GlassesShop.

I have now ordered from this company 2 times and won't order again. First time their processing took way over the time it should have (3 weeks) and my glasses finally came with the blue tint I ordered that provide 0 sun protection. The 2nd time processing was fast but when I received my package only was 1 pair of glasses ans of course they were for from mine (women's glasses) when I contacted the company they treated me as I was lying to them but eventually did reprocess my order that took forever to arrive. Will not buy from them again. Glasses are made and shipped from China
