The return policy is terrible. The customer service just stopped responding after I questioned why I would only get a 50% refund. You are much better off using Zenni or Zeelool.

Defective frames. Two pairs of glasses broke in the same place within one month of use. Paid shipping for replacement frame. That also broke trying to install the lenses. Now the frame is out of stock. This company will not even replace ONE pair out of two glasses for me. These frames are cheap and obviously defective. Don’t waste your money with Glasses Shop

I purchased 2 pairs of glasses with the same prescription. One pair had the wrong prescription in it completely and makes me nauseous when wearing them. The other pair came one arm so lose the glasses fall of my face. I took it to an optometrist to see if they could help at all. No fixing them. I can see out of the second pair at least but they fall off my face constantly. I reached out to customer support and while they offered to replace them I would need to pay shipping. Even tho my original order qualified for free shipping. If I request new frames, there is no guarantee they will be correct AND they claim the replacement order would be their only attempt to fix their issues for "free" while still charging me shipping to attempt to correct their mistakes. Avoid this company.

The lenses on the glasses ordered were all distorted and out of focus. It took 4 days to reach someone at customer service. No one would call me back. I wanted to return the glasses and speak to a manager. They said a manager would email me. The email was not from a manager instead it asked me to return the order for a 100% refund. After returning the glasses they are not going to refund me the whole order. They refunded me half the order and refunded zero for the other half. I will not be doing business with this company anymore.

I am currently trying to request a return label and obtain refund and it has been an unacceptably difficult process. Not happy with the level of customer service I am receiving at all.

I ordered blue-light blocking glasses from Glassesshop.com. However, the glasses I received do not block blue light. Both my boyfriend and I conducted multiple types of blue light blocking tests, and they failed all of them. They also failed my optometrist's blue light test. I sent a really nice email to GlassesShop asking what could be done to rectify this. I said I love the frames but the lenses don't block blue light and asked how this could be corrected. I received a curt, rude email back filled with misspellings from a customer service rep identified only as "C.H" (whatever that means) stating that they checked my records and the glasses block blue light. That's it. They clearly aren't concerned about their reputation or their customers' satisfaction. They could have had a repeat customer out of me, but now I'm telling everyone how awful they are. I reported them to my credit card company and filed a dispute for sending me a product that isn't what I ordered and refusing to rectify the situation.

Tuesday 30 September 2025 Buyer beware in dealing with this vendor! I need to post a negative review regarding Glassesshop. I ordered a pair of glasses on 15 September but received no confirmation of the order from the vendor. I waited 10 days and checked their website, finding no evidence of my order, order number, or any details regarding when the order would be completed and sent. I sent an email to the vendor inquiring about the order but received no reply. I then had to contact PayPal and fortunately got a full refund. This caused lots of hassle and demonstrated a total lack of communication from the vendor. Thanks, PayPal, for your help in getting a refund.
