I purchased 3 pair of glasses which arrived on time and exactly as ordered. The problem was, I sent the wrong prescription. I sent the prescription for my computer desk glasses rather than my regular-wear glasses. Even though this was my mistake, GlassesShop sent me 3 replacement glasses at no additional cost. I am very happy with my purchases! I have ordered two different times and I was skeptical that these glasses would have good lenses. I wear progressives and my eyes are very bad. Got them and they were perfect. In fact, one of the pairs is my favorite pair of glasses ever. Highly recommend.

I ordered a couple of prescription glasses. The pricing was much better than the optometrist's, and there were so many more options for frames to choose from. Due to an error, my order was sent to the incorrect state, and when I got in contact with them, their customer service was excellent. They had my order remade for me and shipped off so quickly. I am in love with my frames; they fit well and I am so happy with how they make me look and feel.
