The glasses I ordered were too small on my face and fit uncomfortably, after speaking with customer service they gave credits to repurchase another pair, I have not received these frames yet, so I’m just feeling hopeful until they get here!

I ordered three pairs of glasses. I received notice the order shipped. Two pairs of glasses were received with no explanation as to the missing pair. Actually no information was included at all. When I asked for them I was informed they would ship separately with additional 10 days of delivery. I told them that was unacceptable service. No notification or communication of any kind was initiated by you. Again, terrible communication service. It’s to bad, because your glasses are great.

Overall happy with my purchase. Good price, fairly quick turn around. My only issue is with the particular frames. The come with sunglass clips. They look nice but the magnets are far too weak. A light wind blows them off your face. Also if you bend over they fall off because nothing holds them on the bottom. I'm guessing they are aware of the problem because they sent a second pair of different ones, but they were way too big and wouldn't even clip to the glasses.

They sent me distance instead of readers. When I complained they said sorry your glasses don't work. Then said I can keep them then pay shipping on a new pair with some points towards new ones. Of course I can keep them. I paid for them. They said I filled out the prescription wrong. I checked yesterday and it was correct. ... response- I clearly ordered readers. You don't know what you're doing. IF I didn't fill out the reading part you should have contacted me not sent the wrong thing!! UPDATE-a month later they have offered a refund or the correct type of glasses. Thank you!!

I sent this feedback to the company and was told this is just how it is basically so now I am sharing this with everyone so it's clear. When I reached out for an ETA on my order, I asked for just that and was sent a screenshot of the general timeline for all orders. It was not until I took a guess and asked for confirmation as there were a lot of different parts to my order, did I get the true timeframe. When my order arrived there was $30 of customs fees that I was not expecting, but they did arrive very timely with the express shipping that I paid for. One thing I am disappointed in was that the photochromic lenses do not provide a sunglasses affect to me, as the viewer. I cannot tell when they change colour when looking through them properly, it's only when I take them off and turn them around do I see the colour change. Don't get me wrong the colour on the outside is cool but it does not lessen the light my eyes receive or at least it does not feel that way. I have to severely squint to see on a bright day, which is most days this summer. I thought these would be sunglasses, it seems I misunderstood. The glasses prescription was accurate and I provided a PDF of what the optometrist supplied so that's a plus but customer service and product description in my opinion could use some improvements. There was an incentive of 200 points to leave this review as well but I will likely not be returning.

Can not see out of reading glasses

I ordered glasses and entered the prescription wrong so the glass came in incorrectly. That I own. They don't answer the customer service line and just put you to voice-mail with no comment . That needs improved. The best way to communicate is via their website and not the ways they tell you when you ship your glasses.

Love glassesshop. This order seemed a little off. The glasses are a little crocks and the prescription isn't quite right on the near sightedness post. I should be able to read but can't. Maybe I'm just going blind. They arrived quickly and were a good price. Solid frames. The prescription and the unevenness just made them a little off.
