I was disappointed in the frames. They are flimsy and cheap looking and they don't fit. I c ertainly would not put prescription lenses in them! I don't recommend. The colors and prints are cute but that is the only good thing I can say.

I lost my prescription glasses on a flight and decided to get new ones from Glasses Shop. The process was fairly easy and I found not 1 but 2 pair of glasses for a decent price. I ordered and waited patiently for the new glasses to come. Here’s where the problems started. I got the new glasses fairly quickly but they weren’t mine. They were someone else’s. I reached out to find out how to get the ones I ordered and return the ones that didn’t belong to me. I went around in circles with customer service for 4 days and finally was told they would send me my original order. But here’s the kicker, the glasses that aren’t mine, they didn’t care about whether the rightful owner got them. I was told by customer and by email to either trash, donate, or keep them. I don’t want them! They’re prescription glasses that belongs to someone else; I’m sure that person wants their glasses. To say the least, I don’t think I’ll order anything from Glasses Shop again.

I ordered a pair of progressive transistional glasses and got a pair of sunglasses. I called and wanted a chnge to what I ordered. This time I got a transistional pair but not a progressive. I called and got another pair only if I pay for them. This is not right.

The company seems to be run like a frat-house. I ordered a pair of glasses, and i had to fight tooth and nail to get them to ship them out. They are so incredibly slow and even through regular business days they are slow. It was taking forever to ship, and once i sent them a message, about 2 minutes later, i got an email confirming that my order just been shipped out. Once they got here, nearly a month later, the glasses were great. So one BAD star for the service, and one GOOD one for the glasses. The whole experience just left a bad taste in my mouth and i wont personally be ordering here again.

These frames are cheaply made and always break on the hinge in a year. But it’s cheap, so I keep reusing it. This time the frame arrived crooked, so we had to correct it ourselves.

I have bought from them in the past but this last order was awful. I bought two pairs. One is fine, the other had a bent frame and I did live chat to ask how to get a different pair. The chat agent gave me a video on how to bend it back. It didn’t work. Then they said they would send another frame and gave a video on how to pop my lenses from the old to the new frame. I told them they just need to do their job and send another one that is checked by their quality control team (probably don’t have one) to be sure it isn’t bent. Agent said they would send a new pair. Just received them today. They are bent worse than the first pair. Ridiculous. Poor quality and no quality control. Done with them. They took a good thing and then cheaped-out

Price is good but glasses aren't as good as the ones I get from my eye doctor. The first pair were not good at all. I exchanged them, and the prescription seems off, and they broke within a few months. Customer service chat is slow to respond or doesn't respond at all.
