My last order was not correct. There was no RX power in the left lense, however, I was told I was wrong. I sent a copy of the RX from the eye doctor but it did no good. I do not recommend this company as their lab is does a very poor job.

The glasses themselves feel cheap, the lenses prescription look off when I have the glasses on. I was very disappointed with this purchase. The vision is too bad, that I will not be able to wear them.

I recieved my glasses. Cant see out them i see better with them off. Contacted support for a refund/return. Now there giving me the run around about it. I went ordered another pair at a different place so now im stuck with a pair of glasses i cant wear or use and out the money for them.

Shipping is awful. Customer service is AWFUL! I paid $20 for express shipping and they are not about to give any tracking number. When I call they don’t give me any details just transferring me to a voicemail. I’m so hurt and disgusted by this company. This SCAM OF A COMPANY

Without exception the very worst company I have had to deal with. I have never known a company have a 50% refund policy – can't believe anyone would buy from them. The glasses I bought states on their website they have spring hinges, but they do not. To return them, even though they are incorrectly listed, will mean due to the 50% rule it's not worth my while sending back. The email reply I received stated I was wrong and they do have spring hinges. So not only terrible customer service and awful unfair policies, they also called me a liar. Give them a big swerve.

My glasses were way too big & falling off my face. To return their website states you have to email & get an approval to return. I emailed clearly saying I needed to return my glasses & need an address to mail them back since there isn’t an address anywhere on their website. They said to keep the glasses & order another pair. I emailed two more times & called leaving an message explaining I didn’t find another pair, I need the address to return my glasses so I can be refunded 50% of what I paid per their policy. They are purposely not getting back with me so they don’t have to give me my money back! I filed a complaint with the BBB and noticed they have a D- rating for ignoring BBB complaints! This is a VERY dishonest company and now I’m out over $100 & glasses I can’t wear!

DO NOT BUY HERE!!! BUYER BEWARE! we had just gotten a new credit card from Wells Fargo. We purchased glasses from glasses shop.com and within a couple of days there were odd transactions on our credit card starting with $0 and going up from there. Also, they got my prescription completely wrong. Only three of six values were correct. When I told them that they completely ignored it and said we did it right. Awful.

Ordered 160 mm frames XL. Was sent 145 and 148. 🤷🏽‍♂️. So I responded the first day I received them. I’m like this isn’t what I ordered at all. Was told there was no frame sizes. Wouldn’t order from here. Could be a scam. Still haven’t got my money back. Disappointed to say the least. I’m not seeing any such emails that are any solutions to me receiving my money back. Obviously the glasses are too small… not sure why you would send them out that way knowing I wanted the larger frames… the only email with a solution would say something like hey we refunded your money, sorry the check is in the mail. I’m reporting them to the better business bureau.
