The location of my prescription in my progressive glasses lens is too low. Very inconvenient .

First, the frames are really nice, stylish. However, I ordered two pair of glasses with a coupon; 60% off the second pair. First pair is progressive lenses which are very nice. The second pair are reading glasses which are also nice. Unfortunately, the reading glasses are not my prescription. They make my eyes hurt and give me a headache. Basically, I paid an extra 40% for the first pair of glasses. Kinda leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

I placed an order on Nov 4th and have been checking to see the progress (it's very slow btw). Then on the 12th, I tried to login and was not able to through Google and tried to reset my password, but did not receive any email to do so. Tried to "Live Chat" and took like 30 mins before someone can on, and I missed a few chats, so an email was sent for me to review their message to me....that I would need to sign in to view! I called them Customer Service # and was hold for 15+ mins and still never spoke to anyone! Live chat did work after almost 2 hours and was literally told that I could sign in with their new updated link...HELLO?! Is no one paying attention over there? They said they could reset my password for me, but someone would reach out after 24-48 hours. What company waits that long??? After I indicated that if I didn't get access to review my order that day I'd cancel/request for refund, they provided me with a "status". Said it was ship, but couldn't provide a tracking #. Currently waiting for a few more days before I'm going to request a refund on my card. I read the reviews and thought this was legit, but dealing with their "Customer Service" is literally the worst!

UPDATE: 2/25/2024 Caught them in another one of their "We're having a sale!" lies. They sent me an email that says ALL glasses $9.95. I would attach the screenshot but trust pilot has not jumped into this century yet. Got to the cart and surprise surprise, not ALL glasses are on sale. Only the ones they want to get rid of. I guess their meaning of ALL and the rest of the universe's meaning of ALL are different. And omg these gas lighters literally told me " we won't provide/have sales for 1.50 lenses" So they readily admit they will not allow sales or promos for their regular lenses, they want you to spend more on more expensive premium lenses (that might not even be available with your particular rx, idk everyone is different) and then they knock off a couple bucks. That's who these people are folks. Showing their true colors. 12/4:I ordered and on Sunday I was told my glasses would within within 1-2 days. Today I received an email that said as soon as your order arrives at the distribution center in Dallas you will received a tracking number. Mistake #1. I asked them about this and they added that my order could take up to three weeks to arrive. Absolutely unacceptable. There is no reason for my order to take 3 weeks to go from Michigan to dallas to me. If their really location is not Michigan then they need to be transparent about this. If their lab is outside of the u.s.a it would be more then professional to be honest and say this but also pick a faster shipper. There are lots. Most people who order glasses are wearing them to see, not for fashion and commonly order them after an exam that a lot of times results in an updated prescription. Life is hard wearing glasses that you are struggling to see through and because glasses shop doesn't want to be efficient and ship them in a timely fashion I have to deal with blurry vision for 3 weeks? Unless the glasses are crazy awesome, that's insanity. Who can wait three weeks for a shipment withing the U.S.A? I will let you know about the rest of my experience soon. I looked at 99 cent frames and then clicked through for my prescription and standard lenses are usually $0 dollars but they jacked it up to $34.95. They need to put it in big transparent words where everyone can see BEFORE getting almost all the way through the cart that the cost will be higher then 99 cents otherwise it's 100% misleading. PERIOD. I don't have have any need for further assistance. Obviously.

I ordered 1 pair of regular bifocals and 1 pair of prescription sunglasses. I received them at a reasonable speed and thought the price was great! After wearing the regular pair for a while I started having eye strain and headaches. I then noticed that the left eye seemed not to be focusing properly and found a flaw in the lens which was blurring the eye. I contacted the company with my findings and they responded that they needed my prescription. I e mailed it back to them and then they followed up with needing a picture of the glasses. I responded with a picture that they had requested and I responded with my concerns that maybe I should send them the glasses if they were not going to correct the problem. I don’t think they have any intention of replacing the glasses. The back and forth e mail with request after request for additional information is not correcting the problem and they could have requested everything they needed for the replacement in one request! I can return the glasses for a 50% refund on a problem that was a problem that the manufacturer has made, not by my providing them with the correct prescription information! I would not recommend this eyeglass company for any eyeglasses! May I add, the glasses fit poorly and the nose piece doesn’t fit properly and has caused sores on the bridge of my nose. I’m a 65 year glasses wearer and have never had any issues with this in the past. Within 24 hours of my review GlassesShop reached out to me to correct the issues I have had with my glasses purchase. As of today 08/19/2023, I have accepted their offer to reconcile the issues. I will update my review as necessary once everything gets resolved.

I was not very happy with the glasses I purchased .Upon giving feedback on trustpilot , the customer service responded very fast and tried to solve the issue by sending me another pair for free of charge .I realy appreciate that.However the replacement is no good either.So I only give 2 stars for the customer service.It was a waste of time and money as I must buy a proper one from my local optician.One should never buy prescription glasses on the internet.I learnt my lesson.

You put the wrong prescription on the lenses. The frames are good and fit good. I have sent an email requesting a free return shipping so you can put the correct lenses on the frames. Since this is my 4th pair ordered from you and the others were perfect, I am surprised these aren't as well.

Asked for glasses for distance they sent me readers & are still trying to say they gave me the correct product. Also took a long time to receive them.
