I had originally ordered glasses back at the end of May 2020. I knew that with covid delays that things would probably take a little longer, after two months of waiting and my tracking number not being updated I reached out to Glassesshop, even though it wasn't their issue it must've been lost at Customs. They were fast to respond and had reissued my order and I got within a week of speaking with them. Great customer service. The glasses I ordered are fantastic as usual. Great price and excellence quality. This was my second order and definitely will not be my last.

I recently purchased 4 pairs of glasses from GS and this is not the first time I have bought glasses from GS. Two pairs of the glasses were fine(other than a loose bow) and two pairs were not. The pair that had the blue blocker on it seem like they are cloudy so I definitely do not recommend the blue blocker on your glasses. I also bought my first pair of progressive lenses and I physically can’t see out of them. Everything is blurry on that part of the lens.I contacted GS and after multiple emails back and forth they said it would take me a while to get used to them.( I had already told them I had been trying to get used to them). All I wanted to do was exchange my glasses for a pair without progressive lenses.note: They say they have a 💯 customer satisfaction return for any reason and I went back and forth through many emails and I had an issue with not being able to see out of my glasses. I even let the cloudy pair go because they just ignored it. Finally, My choices are send the glasses back and get half my money back or send in my glasses and get points to my account. I am fine with returning the glasses because I can’t see out of the damn things but I have to pay to send them back with a traceable package and pay to have new ones shipped. So it costs me more money. I read about the satisfaction guarantee and I can tell you I will not buy glasses from them again. I am not happy having to pay more money when I have already paid for 4 pairs of glasses. My two pairs of sunglasses are fine and other than one pair having a slightly loose bow they are fine which is why I gave 2 stars. ***update**** I originally made this review and I was upset and gave them 2 stars I have since changed it since their customer service staff reached out to me and offered to replace both pairs of my glasses. They applied points to my account so I can pick out new glasses that I can see out of. I did not have to pay to ship the others back which is what I was frustrated about. I was appreciative of the resolution.

I waited two months for the glasses, but customer service was really nice and helpful. The glasses are pretty, prescription is accurate.
