The order arrived in timely manner despite the Covid19 pandemic. The process was simple to order two pair of glasses with RX and additional features. They fit perfectly because I got my PD and other measurements for frames to fit my face well. The lense are light clear and change tinting as needed. I even thought of changing the frame and they were able to address the issue with out impeding the process of getting the glasses made. The only issue I had was response times for live phone conversation. Sometimes you want and need to talk to a person. I think you need to improve this part of service. Covid19 cannot be an excuse when customer service is now working remotely. Thanks

I recently purchased a pair of reading glasses from glassesshop.com and, due to a mistake on my part in the way I gave them my prescription, they sent me a pair of glasses with my distance prescription instead. I contacted them and told them what happened and they were extremely kind and sympathetic. They told me to keep the glasses that I had, send them my actual prescription, pay $5.95 shipping fees and they would merely send me a new pair of glasses! Can't ask for better service than that! AND, in addition, they are, by far, the VERY best quality of any glasses I have ordered on line and I have ordered from 3 other sites.

The glasses are as i ordered them, and the quality is very good, however, their delivery leaves a lot to be desired. I realize that the pandemic has created havoc with scheduled deliveries, but my glasses had broken, and i ordered and they acknowledged the order immediately and within a day or so say it was shipped om 11/20/2020 and that I should get them in 2 to 5 days. Well that wasnt the case, it was delayed almost daily and i did not wind up getting them until 12/4, that was at least 9 days later than their longest original prediction, they were apologetic about this but the issue was that i had to wait a long time for the glasses to get to me. I am amending this, i want to clarify that the company did all they could and the problem with the delivery head nothing to do with them, but rather to the vivid delivery issues the delivery companies are facing.
