It’s taken over a month to get my daughters glasses!! I’ve now had to buy another pair at a local shop because these still have not come in!

It's just a scam! They don't have anything to sell. They only steal your money! For clarifying these criminals blatant lies, which I have read in abundance, I have of course not received the item I "ordered", 3 weeks after I placed it, And I have of course NOT got any refund either! All the time wasted and a lot of extra costs which their scam have created for me, are also very much worth mentioning. For two whole weeks these charlatans haven't been able to explain the whereabouts of this mysterious (none existing in reality) package, but the day I have posted my review, this none existent package has miraculously "reappeared"..... How convenient. The transaction number of 0 is just 0. SCAMMERS!!!

Horrible experience! I wish I would have looked into this place more before purchasing these cheap ugly looking glasses. The glasses I received took almost three months before I got them. They showed up in cheap packaging, not even in a box. The glasses were much larger than the digital image that allows you to see the glasses on your face. The glasses are cheap and ugly! First time I have received glasses I bought online and absolutely hated. It was such a hassle to get these glasses that I’ve just let 60$ go down the drain. This was suppose to be the first free pair but I ended up throwing 60$ at this place.

I ordered two pairs of sunglasses which were delivered to the wrong address weeks after I bought them. After being hung up on 3 times I finally spoke to someone who was very nice and assured me that they would take care of the problem. I then received an email stating it was my problem and suggested that I simply go to the address they were delivered and pick up the package. The address was in a different state! Horrible customer service - do not purchase anything from this site

Completely wrong prescription (looks like my fault) and frames are larger than expected.. BUT they respond very quickly to concerns. Perhaps ordering glasses online is not for me

I received no updates on my regular distance glasses and it's been over six days from the initial purchase. I'm trying to see ya'll.

SENT THE WRONG GLASSES!!!! Somehow someone there screwed up SOOOO bad that they sent a completely different pair of glasses - a child-size pair even. Forget about calling customer service either, because they can't help you. BEWARE! The glasses are sent from a lab in China. So glassesshop.com is the middle-man here and have nothing to do with what you order. They take your money and that's it. When I called, they told me I will need to send them back TO CHINA and I PAY FOR THE SHIPPING. Sowho knows if I'll ever get the glasses I actually ordered & paid for. And who knows if I'll get reimbursed for shipping. Wish I could give ZERO STARS.

So I my mom ordered glasses in September. Didn’t receive the right prescription. Sent them back. Sent another order in with a picture downloaded with ALL the information and SPOKE to them on the phone. Paid another $5 over the phone for the shipping charges. It is now FEBRUARY and still no glasses. I called again. Was told they were coming from over seas and the CORONAVIRUS had a lot to do with the delay. Called again yesterday...”they shipped out two days ago”. Called again today “I see where someone has sent over the order today”. SEEIOUSLY!?! BUYER BEWARE! I am posting to BBB & every website possible.
