Was really disappointed..i order my glasses June 24.2020 and didn't receive them until August 2020.had to call for replacement because never received the first order.no communication at all.and service was really bad.they make you feel like if your lying.

I placed an order 3 weeks ago. I have yet to receive my order and can’t get anyone on phone and no one answers chat room. Very disappointed because the glasses were super cute. I just wish they would hurry up and ship them.

Poor quality

I purchased my glasses early may. I bought 4 pairs. The order was only processed July 24 and received yesterday. They are garbage. The lens is wrong. The frames are flimsy junk material and I was promised a full refund yesterday by Tonya at customer service however today the phone line is disconnected. I am so disgusted by this rip off.

1st time buyer but will be my last. Website said 3-5 days for single vision glasses. Placed order and paid in June and after 10 days of no glasses and not hearing from them, I inquired on the status. I was told it will be the end of July before they can get me my glasses. If you want to wait 30 days for new glasses, these are your guys.

I am on hold for the 3rd day. I have left messages, but there is never a return call. I have also send two email messages. As noted in other reviews - customer service is virtually non-existent. Trying to save on glasses and stay in my insurance allotment, I ordered here. The reading section is great, the lens offer only a blurry view. Now, I cannot get a return authorization, and I have learned a lesson. Buy the glasses. Pay a bit more and get glasses from your doctor - they can, and will make it right. Here, I have little hope of getting funds back. The problem may be with the prescription, or with the glasses - who knows.

I purchased prescription sunglasses back in December of 2019 and had a "mirrored" coating put on them. I can not wear these glasses as the "mirrored" finish is causing extreme blurriness. When you look across the lenses you can see tiny ripples all across each lens. I was on hold for almost 1 hour with customer service who never picked up. I left a detailed message on the vm and never received a call back and I also tried to contact someone via this company's online chat and still no response. Customer service is poor! Unfortunately I just ordered another pair of sunglasses not knowing I ordered from the same company. If you're looking to fix a problem, this is NOT the company to buy from. Customer service is unresponsive.

Size: L June 19, 2020 These people are very shady. I am disabled and needed glasses badly because mine got broke. i went to eye dr and got script but could not afford their price . so i went on line and ordered from this UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS.Well the next morning my brother came by and brought me new glasses that he went and got from my eye drs office. I was unaware because he wanted to surprise me .So 17 hrs after i ordered i called to cancel my order after being on hold an hour i was told i could cancel and get all my money back minus an 8.95 processing fee.. then at 10pm the same night i get a email telling me my lenses were already being processed which is bull because i wear multi focal lenses which they dont have them there they send off to get them made no way were they made that fast...also they were ordered at 6pm i know they arent open 24 hrs.. They told me i could get 64 dollars back out of 215 because i had to pay for lenses.Im 60 years old and never experienced this type of shady crap from a business. I will be contacting BBB Monday also checking with pay pal to see if theres anything they can do and let them know of this companies practices. also my brother in law is an attorney.. already spoke with him and hes gonna look into it ..BEWARE DO NOT DEAL with this company
