Customer service is very good. I received an incorrect prescription and was refunded. The quality of the frames seemed sturdy. However, the website does not Truly disclose where these glasses are coming from. In thier “about us” section it says they are American owned giving an address in Livonia Michigan. In reality they are made and shipped from China.

My prescription was incorrect but realized it was my error. GlassesShop gave me enough points to order new glasses. The quality is really good! I've ordered glasses online before but the quality was less then satisfactory. These were good quality and fit perfectly. I would recommend them most definitely! Thank you!

So far my experience has been really good with Glassesshop.com. I have really liked the glasses that I purchased. My last pair unfortunately was not what I expected when I received them. They did not fit my face, but Glassesshop was very understanding and I was able to get a new pair with no problems.

Beautiful glasses, at an incredible price. The only things that could have been better is if the coupon they gave me online was applied at checkout. I have to call them to get that 30% reimbursed.

The lenses should have been thinner. I thought that was what I was ordering. The product was good, but the lenses needed to be lighter

I recently ordered two pairs of glasses and I am very happy with them. The only thing I wasn't happy with was the time it took to get them. I paid for extra for faster service (2 - 3 days) and it was 2 - 3 weeks before I received them.

The glasses and sunglasses are not the right prescription. I need a address to get the correct prescription on them please send me a address where I can send the glasses and sunglasses to all I have is a email. Thank you Barbara Bostwick

These glasses are a great value for the money. They are not as robust as those you'd buy from the optometrist, but work just as well for just a 1/10 of the cost. Highly recommend.
