Something is terribly wrong with the field of view. If I put them on and hold my head perfectly still they are good. The minute I move my head the objects I am looking at tilt like the leaning tower of pizza one way or the other. They are absolutely unusable. There is a Very small band of proper vision in the middle of the glasses if you hold your head perfectly still. I have been wearing these style of varifocal glasses for years and have never had this problem and don’t have it with my old glasses. I ordered the best lenses with all the coatings costing me $200.00 and they are totally unusable. I have sent 3 complaints to the company with absolutely no responce. These come from China as well, not to say they can't do good work in China, but these certainly are no good. Be wise, Buy Local!

My glasses broke and I want a refund

Had a very poor experience. The company was great by letting me return the glasses, and then after I ordered another pair, they came with exactly the same RX as the first one I returned. Don't think I will buy here again

I ordered glasses, email says they were delivered but when got home no glasses. Now they want me to try and play investigator to find my glasses which I paid to have them delivered. So far just the run around.

Less than one star... sent me the wrong glasses and they are broken !

I was never told that these glasses would be made in or be shipped from China..............These glasses are HORRIBLE! They are not properly aligned and are totally useless!

Unfortunately after expedited shipping was paid, I still have not received my order. It was apparently "delivered" but have yet to get my order. No response from messaging so it's looking like a loss. Look around before using this company.

UPDATE: SLOW SHIPPING AND DEFECTIVE GLASSES. On arrival, my glasses were crooked. I’ve been wearing glasses for 45 years - I know what crooked glasses feel like/look like. I emailed glassesshop to get return instructions. Thus began a back and forth email fiasco between me and someone in their overseas customer service department. First they wanted a photo. I sent a photo very clearly showing the glasses sitting crooked. That wasn’t good enough. They wanted another. I sent another. That wasn’t good enough. They “couldn’t see” how the glasses were crooked. If they think I’m going to go round and round for $30, they’re wrong. I told them I’d just update my review and they can keep the $30. NEVER AGAIN. Go to a more trustworthy company. INITIAL REVIEW: The slowest glasses company I’ve ever ordered from. Coastal, Zinni, etc would’ve had them here in a week. Ordered 8/7. It’s now 8/30, no glasses.
