GlassesShopReviews of glassesshop.com

Super frames for a super price! I ordered 2 pairs of glasses on May 10th, and they arrived on the 21st - much faster than I had expected! Both glasses arrived in perfect condition and looked just like the pictures on the website. I was a little skeptical of this company after reading some reviews online, but I thought I would still give them a try especially with their BOGO deal (which made my 2 pairs of 1.61 index glasses just $60 including shipping!). I used to use Zenni and had paid $30-35/pair with the 1.61 index lenses for with their $6.95 frames (which are great, don't get me wrong, but they are usually plastic, and the variety isn't as good). The GlassesShop frames are $19.95, which widens my choices, but the BOGO deal really helped to bring the price down comparable to Zenni. Give them a try! Love all their styles, especially for metal frames!

Easy to put prescription into website Ordered glasses on May 3rd received them on May 15 . Love them

Great communication. Wonderful, sturdy pretty glasses. Very happy.

I have been getting glasses at this company for years great products great prices I have bought so many because the prices are amazing that I now have glasses for any day or any outfit!

I (accidentally!) threw everything at GlassesShop. My Dr wrote the 1st Rx wrong. Then I wrote the incorrect correction. Then I sent the corrected Rx. Then the midline was incorrect. For those keeping count, this means GlassesShop remade my glasses FOUR times to make sure I am happy. Charging me only what was reasonable (ie: shipping in one instance) each time. Beyond satisfactory customer service. While the experience was difficult, GlassesShop never faltered in their commitment to get me the glasses I love.

Amazing glasses we loved them. Can't wait to order more !

I ordered 2 pairs (same frame, different colors) of prescription glasses using their BOGO at the time- it seems like they often have sales like this, so that's nice. Initially, I ordered 1 pair and then changed my mind and decided to use the BOGO for 2, so I emailed their customer service asking for them to cancel my order so I could make a new one, and they quickly got back with a refund the next morning. Really great service. After about a week and a half, I received an email that my order had shipped and then I think 2 days after that, they arrived, each pair wrapped in a nice, fairly large microfiber cloth and in a plastic glasses case. The prescription on both pairs of glasses are good, exactly like the glasses I already had which were purchased from a different online business. The glasses themselves look exactly as shown in the listing on their website. To be honest, they're a lot flimsier in person than I thought they would be and I'm a bit worried about them possibly breaking, but that's an issue I have with this particular frame, I'm not sure how the quality is for others. I'm glad that they were safe to try out, shipping was pretty reasonable, and I'm satisfied, but for the quality I received I don't really think the price was worth it compared to other online glasses shops. But if you find a frame design that you really like that isn't available on any of the other websites, like I did, they're a fine website to buy from.

New order ❤️ Ordered two pair. Got a really good one on clearance for $5.95!! Shipping seemed to have been faster this time around. I like that. Good experience.
