I ordered transitions and that’s not what I received. Can’t read anything up close. Also ordered my first pair back in November and never got them. Then I got a new pair and now cannot see to read with them. They are also to wide at the temples and now have to pay to get them to fit but probably won’t do that as I need to read through them and I can’t.

In reply to their response: So to get a full refund you are forcing someone to keep shopping with a company they are unhappy with - what a scam!

The pictures online showed glasses with black on top and light blue on bottom, i used the “try on feature “ with a picture of my face and it looked like a normal meduim size glasses. The glasses I get in the mail are black and dark green and SO much bigger than shown in the photos. The “Try on” features had the glasses above my cheeckbones, but the actual glasses was well past my cheekbones. Very heavy very bog glasses. Customer service refuses to acknowledge their advertising error and I can’t trust that I will get what I see online. Color, shape and size needs to be accurately shown in the photos.

Nowhere does it say that they ship from China; I only learned that from these reviews! It has been over three weeks, and I am still waiting for my glasses. Also, they checked and double-checked my prescription with me because they didn't believe that anyone's eyes were like that. It felt like they were making fun of my eyesight. All those back and forth emails calling me a liar wasted so much time. I wish I had gone with Zenni instead.

the lens are bad quality be warned

Glasses arrived way later than expected and the prescription was wrong and they were very cheeply made. Spent hard earned money on fast shipping which ended up being slower than standard shipping. Didn't receive my glasses until after I called and complained about the lateness of the order. Will not be ordering from GlassesShop.com again and would advise any who read this review to steer clear as well. In summary, it's a scam and should be reported to the proper authorities.

When I first looking to buy glasses I looked at a lot of different sites,trying on different style of frames. And I came across this website. I really like theses frames so I went ahead and ordered them copied my eye exam prescription and even called to let them know about the pd (mine is 60.5 and they didn’t have that option for where the pd is located on the form u fill out)so she tells me to put 61, and I did , waited 1month for me to get my glasses and lord be hold my glasses where wrong! I couldn’t see out of them. I called to see what I could do and she told me that she would send them a email to let them know and for me to resend my script to them again in case I fill the form wrong. It took 2weeks for them to refund my money back!had to resend my script to them 3 Time . Don’t by from here until u like to go through huddles to get what you want!
