My wife did not like it, i wanted to return, the customer server call always goes to Msg box and they do NOT return the call. Super bad customer service. I emailed them, reply not good enough to return, 4 emails back. no reply. i am going back to zennioptical.com

this is the absolute worst company ever... i paid extra for quicker shipping didnt get them in that time frame .... then they werent right sent back took a month for a refund with threats of a lawyer.. run from this place use zenni optical instead trust me oh then they put the deposit on my bank account then removed it i had to fight these people!!!! please dont waste your money and i bet they dont publish this review

The glasses were beautiful. Unfortunately they screwed up my script and the lenses are worthless to me... spent all that money and i can not use a single pair... I will stick with zenni!

I ordered a pair of glasses with the expedited shipping, which costed $20. When I received my glasses, they were the wrong prescription. I called customer service and instead of just simply sending me the correct prescription, I was told that I had to have messed up it somehow and they gave me store credit which didn’t cover the cost of shipping. In total I have to pay $30 extra for a pair of glasses that I’ll get a month after I ordered them. I’ll never shop here again.
