They reached out to verify my prescription as it is a very odd one. Made me feel good about their process. The glasses upon arrival were in great shape and correct vision. Love the glasses, just wish they didn't take so long to arrive.

Lots of choices in frames and my glasses are great. Shipping time does take a while though.

AS ALWAYS GETTING YOUR PD IS A HARD THING. THE FRAMS ARE TOO TIGHT AND THE ADJUSTMENT SUGGESTED DOES NOT SEEM TO WORK WELL

Style I liked, prescription needed to be changed after order and they helped out with no problem at all. Product came just like expected and overall really happy. I would have given 5 stars if the timing was faster to ship and if the status of the order is more clear prior to shipping, but overall very happy and will order again!

Having trouble this time getting my glasses right. I have just recently emailed customer service because my computer glasses were made with a reduced PD that makes me have to sit too close to the laptop and monitor. This PD reduction has never been suggested for previous computer glasses

The first pair are very different so I had to get use to them. But over all I really like the glasses. I have ordered another pair different from the first and these have the magnet sunglasses with them. The only problem I am having with the second pair is I can't read my phone with the sunglasses attached. This is a pain to have to remove them to read my phone. Other than that I really like the glasses. The cost for progressive lens is fantastic.

The products are fine. Very good quality. I got a regular pair & a sun-glass pair. Both are excellent. I wish I could afford another pair of the regular pair. My insurance will not cover any of the cost. They tell me GlassesShop is out of network. I took one star off due to the company's weak communication. They are not expedient with their responses. Chat says less than 1 minute. I never got any response regardless of the wait. I finally got someone on the phone. The person I spoke with was hard to understand her English when we did communicate.
