The glasses prescription is the wrong one . I requested to put in

I recently placed an order for 3 pairs of glasses. I entered the prescription as well as uploaded a copy of it. In addition to that I paid for expedited shipping, because I have none at this time,and considered legally blind without them. I just got the order and was so excited to be able to see with my new glasses. All the frames are exactly like I expected and fit wonderfully. The lense however, I can not see a thing. They honestly make my vision worse. It’s a magnified blur if that. Customer service message says “we respond immediately” when using the chat feature. It’s been over 30 minutes and I’ve gotten no reply. Have also emailed. I would like the glasses I ordered however to I have very little confidence an exchange is going to rectify the problem. I don’t understand how the lense can be so bad. Update: 12/09/25 company has reached out and offering to follow policy and replace the purchased items as part of their 30 day guarantee. They have stated I entered the information wrong, my issue with that is I uploaded a picture of my prescription (correct information) with each item ordered. I’m pleased with their willingness to replace. However it still leaves me another 1 - 2 weeks with no correct glasses to wear, if I pay for expedited shipping again. Longer if I don’t.

no nose pads on frames, sitting higher on my nose than I expected, will probably stick with in store shopping

The first pair of glasses I ordered did not fit my face, they were too small. I was given a choice by GlassesShop to either send them back at my expense to get a credit or order a new pair with larger frames. The problem was that the arm of my current glasses were 150 and GlassesShop only went up to 140. I decided to try the 140s and use them as a backup pair. The frames I selected ended up costing me an additional $30. If they ever decide to carry 150 arms, I may order additional glasses.

Wish I got more credits considering how many ordered I've already made with you guys

When I received my glasses, they were bent and they feel really loose on my face. I couldn't return them because I needed them asap. I have been trying to fix them myself.

I enjoyed the glasses I got sent. However the sunglasses were a different story. I have a higher prescription. I did pick the basic lens. However when the sunglasses came the lenses were so thick and heavy to even stay on my face. I feel as if when being made the quality team should have said these were unsuitable. I had to pay to get thinner frames. Even with the thinner lenses, the frame will still not stay on my face. I have reached out and they will not remake since they have been remade one. I will just never try sunglasses here again. Normal glasses are good though.
