I've ordered 3 pairs of glasses in the past 4 months. The lens cracked on the first pair and I assumed I had done something to crack the lens so I ordered a second pair EXACTLY like the first ones. The lens cracked on this pair after just a couple of weeks. Very disappointing. I ordered another style which were lost in shipping and was pleased that those were going to be replaced at no charge. It took a few more weeks, but I finally received them. They are a little loose and I am constantly pushing them up on my nose, so not really happy with any of my purchases.

Although, my last pair of glasses that I purchased earlier in the year worked out. My more recent order did not at all. My original frames I ordered late November just didn't work at all for frame size. I thought the 40x50 lenses that I usually go for would work but they were just too small for my face. No worries, Glasses Shop took care of me and allowed a one time switch to another frame and I didn't have to send the original pair of glasses back. GREAT. So my customer service there was wonderful. The replacement frames are beautiful. HOWEVER, same exact script from glasses earlier in the year... nada. I get ill trying to wear them. Somehow, the script is off. Just enough to make me so sick. I have adjusted the nose piece, the sides are level to one another, etc. So it's not an adjustment issue. This was also the case w/the original pair they just replaced a few wks ago. Luckily, the frames did't work out but even if I try and wear those... I get ill from them. So, I just went back to the pair I bought from Glasses Shop earlier in the year. They are perfect and comfortable. I was just hoping to have a fancier frame but it just didn't work out. I'm now out $100 as I was told it was a 1 time fix if I picked another frame. Now I have 2 sets of glasses from Glasses Shop that I can't even wear and I'm out $100. My next step is to pay $400+ at an optical store to ensure frames/wrong scripts aren't an issue.

Received glasses a day early but with the wrong prescription.

Order subscription sunglasses. the subscription was good, but there was no shade to them. would only offer 1/2 refund

I contacted the company because I had purchased progressive glasses in May. In August the screw came out and I couldn't find it so I needed a replacement. I told them my issue and asked if they could send me a replacement screw. Not so easy. I was told I had to purchase another pair of glasses( without the Rx lenses) and put the progressive lenses in the new pair! This is totally unacceptable. Now that I see that they do not stand by their products I will be looking for another place to purchase my glasses from.

I keep trying to return the glasses because they are not right. I always get the brush off and no response back. Not pleased at all! I wouldn't recommend this company!

Customer service is nonexistent. I seem to get a computer generated response. Glasses are cheaply made. You get what you pay for.
