I was reluctant to order because I’m far and near sighted and also have astigmatism had help to order my 2 pair of glasses from a repeat customer. Without her help I don’t think I could have figured out what was required. The measurement of the pupils is a delicate thing but your customer service helped to verify the correct measurement. Because my mail is delivered to a superbox (and no house number) your company would not send them until I changed the address to my son’s house. I picked them up today. All is well! Great fit, correct Prescription and I really like them!

I love the range of glasses, the option to upload a photo to "try on" the glasses, the shipping time was quick, and the glasses are great quality! My only complaint would be that I feel the way you out your prescription in is a bit confusing, but that is personal preference!

I was very happy with the time by which the glasses were delivered. THe cost was quite reasonable. However, I purchased some accessories which were accompanied with my purchase. In future they should say what you are getting when you make a purchase.

You would get 5 stars from me if you offered to tint my wonderful nw glasses. I would be willing to pay for that service.

Ordered replacement prescription sunglasses for lost pair with brown tint. Found originals 11 days later ( 2 days after ordering replacement ). Ordered same tint but got grey tint instead. Quality of frames and lenses are 5 star and since i still have the originals I am also happy with the new ones. End result was good, but still there was an error.

My purchase was delivered in a timely manner. The frame was as expected. My hesitancy with review was because I could not read through the glasses, only to be retested and realize the previous prescription given my was wrong (no fault of Glasses Shop). I was still able to use the frame however. My experience with Glasses Shop has been good.

Love my new glasses. There was a typo in my prescription and the team followed up with me to correct it before making the glasses. Only gave 4 stars because I was a bit confused when Zenni took me to your website but I wanted the glasses so it was fine

Lenses are perfect and instantly comfortable, which can be rare given my thick prescription. The plastic frame makes it arms difficult to adjust for a better fit. I wish the frames were 20% larger. The width is just narrow enough to be too tight for my head. I need to exchange them for another design, which is unfortunate because I love the look.
