Actually zero stars. Expidiated rush order not exactly. NOT MADE IN USA comes from China. Doesn't answer the number listed and doesn't call back. Both lens have fallen out and now I must replace because they don't.

SCAM. Bought glasses and they took the money out of my account and then sent me an email saying they didn’t think my prescription was right and now have my glasses “on hold” and won’t answer phone calls or emails!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! They got my script wrong. HORRIBLE (actually no) customer service. You can only leave a voice message for them and they don't return calls. Did not return my many emails until I wrote from my corporate email. They will not let me return for refund or credit!!!!! Reported them to Michigan Atty General Consumer Fraud. Response is the customer service line doesn’t answer calls on weekends. I wouldn’t and didn’t call at anytime outside of standard business hours. You answer emails within 36 hours? Another example of your stellar customer service. You’re a bunch of clowns. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

Horrible Experience. My prescription was wrong. I called the customer service number several times and left messages that were never returned. I was eventually email and advised to return the glasses with no return address given. No return address appears on the website. Horrible. Please do not waste time on this site.

I cannot see through the glasses I was sent. I don't know why this is, but I am not able to get in contact with live customer service. All responses to my chat attempts are responded to HOURS later and I receive e-mails documenting them. They are basically ignoring me when I ask for return label or address info and I have called their 800 # at all times of the day and night and always receive an answering machine after a few minutes of holding. This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever received from a website like this one and I will not be shopping here again or recommending to anyone I know. In fact, I'll be telling people NOT to shop here. It's almost like these guys are just trying to drag out the time until they say it's too late to return. I spent $150 on these glasses. I am extremely disappointed, and at this point, pretty pissed. I'd give zero stars if I could.

I bought a pair of glasses with progressive lenses. The lens for my left eye was so badly manufactured that I only saw severely distorted images. Then I got the run around: asking for a scanned copy of my eye Doctor's prescription. I sent it -- NO RESPONSE. Their request implied that I must have made an error! I have ordered online glasses from several companies over many years and NEVER had a problem, until now.
